Starbucks

I love going to this Starbucks, the baristas are always smiling and friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying their flat white and new latte macchiato it has 3 shots of espresso rather than the 2 shots you would get in a regular latte.

This Starbucks has come a long way. When they first opened they were understaffed and couldn’t quite figure out how to manage a line of customers. For the last year or so they have been amazing!!! Even with the addition of many new faces, they are still providing excellent service. I think people forget sometimes that baristas are friendly faces you see before you’ve had you’re coffee. Not everyone is nice to them, but they should be :)

What i usually get was out, so I ordered a hot chocolate. It took a very long time for me to get. It was definitely mine, too. My hot chocolate tasted like mango coffee. It looked extremely light and puffy compared to a normal hot chocolate. This is preposterous. They wouldn’t take it back for another one. I’m flabbergasted! This is not even real service. Now my friend has to buy me a new one. I spent my money to help them, now I have to help them again!

Arrived at Starbucks Lynnfield Marketplace on June 7, 2015 at approximately 7:30pm and was greeted by a very unfriendly Barista. I ordered a Pike Place coffee and she was trying to sway me into trying sometime else. I informed her that I would like a Pike Place coffee. She said we don’t really have any available now. I replied, no Pike Place? She said I can make some by slow drip, which took approximately 14 minutes to prepare. Once it was done she gave the cup to me which was very light feeling. I asked if she could fill it up more. She replied don’t you need to put cream in it? I said just a small splash. She gave it back to me and I had to ask for the cream which was nowhere to be found. I went to my seat and sipped a coffee that was Luke warm and three quarters full. Needless to say I threw it out and left this Starbucks and will never return.
