Their systems might be spectacular, but I didn’t even get to that point. The lady that answered the phone was so rude, acted like it was my fault that she couldn’t understand my English through her incredibly thick accent speaking over me, also got mad that she couldn’t even recognize my name when she asked me what it was and I told her. I’ll never know about their systems, but their office needs an overhaul big time.

I originally purchased a coupon for an alarm system for my place of business. Paul came out and installed everything for us. If we ever need something checked he is always quick to respond. Since that time I have also switched over my monitoring service for my home alarm to Advanced Systems. Its much more affordable than some of the others out there.
