Price-$ 70 flat Location is central with great Korean and Vietnamese restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms and great staff. One of the nicer under $ 100 places we’ve stayed at. They do take a $ 20 deposit for room keys but you obviously get it returned after you turn your key in at checkout. It’s a 15 – 20 minute drive to Seattle which is good considering room prices in the city and its a lot nicer than south of Seattle.

Went here for a last min valentines night in with my man. We weren’t searching for anything over the top, jst was looking for something tht fit our price range for just a night. I found out tht they recently renovated the place. It’s pretty neat and clean. Room was not that bad but there were some down falls. The customer service there was unbelievably rude. Seemed to me that there was no customer service experience at all. The old man there working was very rude and never helped with problems that we had. When we pay for a room we expect to get out what we paid for. The shower in our room was not coming thru with hot water. It’s was straight ice cold water. We called front desk and this was their way of «fixing» the problem: The old man came up to our room. Checked to see if the hot water in our room really wasn’t working And left with a «yeah well it looks like everyone got to the hot water before you guys.» Then left. … Okay um wtf??? Anyways overall the room was decent, but the customer service and their communication there just made the whole hotel experience a 2 out of 5. Really it’s a 1 out of 5 for me, but since the room wasn’t tht bad at all besides the hot water situation I decided to rate it a 2.

I just tried to call this place 2x in a row to make arrangements for some members of my company who need a place to stay next week in Lynnwood. The person at the front desk hung up on me twice in a row for no reason. Whoever was working the front desk at 4:25 on 9÷24÷14 should be fired. I have never received such poor service. How can you not even call a hotel to make a reservation. He purposely hung up on me twice. If any other employees at this place are like this person I would stay far away.

The daytime manager was friendly, funny and made check in a good experience. The rooms are so nice it looks like your staying at the Marriott courtyard in seattle. The beds are great even for my wife’s messed up back. Bathrooms are very updated and well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a wash rack above the sink. The entire room was immaculate. A fridge and microwave in all the rooms is a huge plus, while most inn’s charge $ 3+ extra for this. The furniture has no scuff marks or damage. The ceiling looks like it was previously damaged but they did a good job fixing and blending the repair. Overall its great for the price, nice linens, furniture etc. There is only one thing that concerns me and that is the room temperature is easily effected by the outdoor temperature. So if it’s 75 outside the room will be close to 75 unless you constantly run the A/C. As far as the winter time I don’t know I am not here in the winter months.

The rooms are freezing cold in the winter, sometimes the lightbulbs dont work, the bedsheets are a little iffy. But what do you expect for 45 dollars a night? one of the cleaner, more decent«roach motels» out there. Ive gotten rooms here, but never stayed the night, if you get my drift.
