Morgan did an amazing job on my Brazilian blow out its so smooth it’s life changing! I’ve always had issues with my hair getting frizzy living in Washington but not anymore! Thank you for making me feel beautiful your the best!

I had the ends of my hair dyed an ombré pink/​purple my Elizabeth and it turned out adorable! I went back and had Stephanie wax my eyebrows and give me a facial and I felt so relaxed and pretty when I left! Best facial I think I’ve ever gotten and she answered all my skin related questions.
Staff is all amazing and nice!

I had a Brazilian Blowout done by Liz and my hair has never felt better! It is much more manageable and the frizzy, coarse areas are smoothed out and shinier. Blow drying takes half as long as it used to and I don’t even need to flat iron it anymore!
I also purchased the Evo Ritual Salvation shampoo and conditioner and am very pleased with both. They smell amazing and don’t require very much to completely coat my extremely thick hair and get it extra silky.

I called on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in. Alex, the owner answered and told me their hair stylist was out but would be able to fit me in on Tuesday. They normally close at 7 but I work downtown and depending on traffic i may be late. Alex was kind enough to let me know that they would schedule me for 7 and stay open to accommodate my schedule.
Luckily I got there a quarter after 6. I walked in hoping to have a short wait and was greeted immediately by Alex and Liz. Liz brought me to the back and asked me what I wanted done. I showed her some pictures and explained my desires. She was able to take into account what i wanted and what i needed to fit my face and lifestyle. My hair looks amazing and i look and feel amazing!
Liz was professional, friendly, attentive and wonderful. The shop itself has just been remodeled and it looks clean, neat and great.

I recently went to Black Halo Salon after my fiancé referred me there to see Lindsay specifically. I had been going to a different salon and seeing the same stylist for a long time. This stylist left and I continued to go to the same salon. I never quite got the same quality of cut that I wanted and I was looking to try a different place. As soon as I walked into Black Halo Salon, I instantly had a great first impression. I was greeted at the front door by Jen and Lindsay came immediately to the front to get me. I told her what I was going for and she just went to work. She asked me questions throughout the cut about what I wanted. I appreciated that so much. She took the time to give me a quality haircut. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out of the chair so she could get to the next client. I can’t even explain how satisfied I was with how my hair turned out. My fiancé was blown away when I got home and she said that is the best haircut I have ever gotten. There is no way that I get my haircut anywhere else and by anyone else. I hope that Lindsay is there for a long time! Lindsay was not the only awesome employee that they had there. I met other staff members and the owners as well. They were all extremely friendly and professional. Jen, who I met when I walked in there, does tattoos and she does a fantastic job. I told her I am possibly looking to get my first tattoo. She showed me some of her work and I felt completely comfortable with her. Once I make that decision to get one, Jen will be who I will go see. I highly recommend Black Halo Salon to anybody that is looking for any of the services they offer!

Heather Watland did an amazing job on my hair and my sisters hair. If you’re looking for someone that can put an idea you have for your hair into reality. She’s the one!
My sister is in love with the outcome of her hair as well! For not dying her hair for 7 years, she was very happy with the outcome of the balayage that Heather Watland had done.
I highly recommend coming here! The staff is wonderful and inviting. It’s definitely not one of those salons where you feel awkward sitting there while they’re doing your hair.
