Very disappointed. Mold and flea problems, and then we were charged $ 300 for cleaning after we left the apartment. We contacted them three times to find out why we were charged (especially with several of the charges having no documentation), but they did not return emails or voicemails. We’re very disappointed that they aren’t even professional enough to talk to us about the charges. Terrible pool and not a clean complex. Avoid the property, if possible.

We decided to move from one unit here to another that was larger. They didn’t have the new unit cleaned or ready the day we got the key. I had to send all my help away and wait for the unit to be cleaned the next day. Still waiting on my security deposit that they have two weeks to return to me. Its going on four weeks now. Taking them to small claims court. The employees will lose any paperwork you give them so make copies. Also watch your step. There’s dog shit everywhere. They don’t enforce anything. Be careful swimming in the pool also. Nobody there knows about pool maintenance and ducks always are turding in it. One star rating because there’s nothing lower. Beware! Don’t move here. Slum lords.
