Citybank

Went abroad, had a written agreement with the bank to keep the account active, was not told that they would deplete my account after so much time for «dormancy». This really sucks, because… well, I was going to close the account anyways, but now I am out quite a bit of moolah… will find my paperwork and talk to them… in the near future… very near…

An ex-​employee point of view:
I used to work here awhile back (I also worked for Key Bank & WAMU). Most of the employees here dedicate their lives to make this company. grow. They are so committed to their job and their coworkers. It was also weird to see how loyal they are to each other. My grandparents have been banking with them for +20 years which is how I heard about them. It’s such a small bank with only eight locations in Washington. This location is their corporate office with the president’s office on the same level as the tellers. I guess what sparked this Unilocal review is that I hoped most companies would model after them and how I deeply miss the commitment and loyalty the coworkers have shown to each other.
