Tim came out to service our furnace before selling our home. He was thorough, quick, on time and gave us a ton of advice for maintenance and upgrades for our next home. He didn’t try to up-sell us or have us do any unnecessary repairs. He also went into lengths about our air filter and his advice will save us money in the long run. Was such a pleasure working with him! Couldn’t recommend a better local business. We will definitely call him for any future needs!

I’ve been having Complete Mechanical service my furnace and heat pump for several years now and they are always very helpful. They’ve installed an air purification system that removed almost all of our dust in our home, they’ve replaced our thermostat, replaced our water heater and they have sealed our ducts in the basement which saved us over $ 200 per month on our utility bills. I like how their team is local, they are family run and don’t try to hard sell services every time we need something like the big corporate companies do. Their team is very knowledgeable and professional, so if you need heating, air conditioning, water heater, air purification, better energy efficiency or anything in between, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Summary: No show for a scheduled appointment, twice! Caused me to waste 2 days off. Details: I wanted to get a quote for installing a gas furnace and a heat pump. I called the company and scheduled an appointment. So far so good. I took a day off to wait for them to come. 15 minutes past the appointment time still nobody came, so I called them to make sure they had it on their schedule. The reply was that they had the appointment on the schedule but they were busy with some other stuff and would not be able to make it. Fine, I thought. Things happens although I would expect at least a call beforehand so that I did not have to wait. We rescheduled an appointment for another day. I took a day off again and waited for them. Guess what? Nobody showed up and I did not get any call. Conclusion: Terrible customer service, unreliable company. If they treat new business this way, I wonder how they treat existing customers who are more reluctant to switch to another contractor!
