Drove to this store all the way from Bellevue to buy a couch. When I entered the store the associate sitting there did not acknowledge my presence. I looked round for a couch and found one I liked. walked to the associate. she did not even look at me. I asked her if she as busy cause I needed help. she said she was busy and continued with her work. her face was continuously down on somepaperwork, not a smile, not even a look at me. made me feel unwanted. why keep a store open if you don’t want customers. walked out of the store with tears in my eyes.

DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM HERE. Seriously, even when you’re totally strapped for cash and need a couch, you will have wasted what little money you had on it. I thought I bought a black couch, it turns out it was only painted black and now the paint is coming off, in tiny plastic flakes. I have two little kids and it’s all over them all the time and they have probably inadvertently eaten some, who knows what kind of materials it’s made of.

This is the worst store that I have ever been to. The furniture is not worth what you pay, even though it is cheap. I have only had my furniture for less than a week and it is falling apart. You really do get what you pay for here. When you call for help or try to exchange it, they will not help you. Jenna has to be the worst person in the world to deal with. She claims she is the owners daughter so she has the right to refuse service to anyone. However, this only happens after she gets your money. That is what she does when you come in to discuss the quality of the furniture and try to work something out. She kicks you out of the store so the other customers in the store can not hear of the poor quality of furniture they are selling. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for furniture shops else where. You will only be disappointed if you go here. Trust me I was.

This is one of those places that I saw while driving by, and stopped in on a whim. We have been purchasing furniture recently, and still needed a few smaller things, such as end tables, a coffee table and TV stand. It didn’t look like much from the outside, so I wasn’t expecting a lot.
The showroom is rather small, but when I entered I was immediately faced with a coffee table I’d been eying at an outlet store… for $ 100 cheaper! needless to say, glee ensued. They also had a matching end table for a great price… and when I asked if they could get the matching TV stand in, the employee (possibly owner?) whipped out his catalogs, found my TV stand and I was good to go after a small deposit and five minutes.
I was very pleased with the prices and the service at this furniture store. The only downside would be that they didn’t have a lot of certain things. I didn’t see any entertainment centers at all. However my experience is proof that they will gladly help you find something and order it in for you.
