These apartments are well priced. Many other apartments in the area are way overpriced and hard to afford. Crestviews rent prices are very competitive and I think it should stay around the same price. There have been problems in the past, but the manager has resolved these issues. The location of the apartments do have car break ins, but the manager does what she can to prevent them. The manager does care about the tenants. There have been noisy neighbors, but the manager has since dealt with that. I am happy here. It does begin to feel small because of the way the place was built, but the rooms are actually quite big.

Crestview apartments is a joke! Worst place to live ever. Extremely moldy, car prowlings happen everyday. My boiler exploded they were too cheap to change the carpet and it smelled. When I moved in they said they changed the carpet but it still smelled like dogs and had stains on it. They have FAKE PLASTIC CAMERAS all over the complex but never could tell you who broke into your car even though it was right in front of the camera. They did not let me off the lease even though I had so much mold I threw half my clothes away. Also my bedroom carpet had white powder? I don’t know what that was but every time I vacuum its always that strange white powder.
