I have recently started using Crown Cleaners II for my laundered and pressed dress shirts after a positive experience having them shorten a couple of pairs of new slacks. The workmanship was good on the slacks and finished when promised. Since that experience I have returned to drop off my week’s supply of shirts and picked up. Friendly staff that remembers my name and what I am picking up each time I visit. Over the last 30 years I have used neighborhood cleaners for laundry service like this and Crown Cleaners II does a great job. Prices are right in line for the services received.

Do NOT go to this dry cleaner. They charged me $ 40 to dry clean eight shirts. Absolute nonsense. There are several others in the near vicinity… go there for prices that aren’t ridiculous.

I recently took some jackets in for dry cleaning. The lady was nice, when I went back in to pick them up. However, one button fell off of my jacket and the leather has peeled on the rest of the buttons. The lady claimed that the buttons were like that before I dropped them off… Really? I will not go back to this place again.

My husband and I have used Crown Cleaners for years and until today when I wanted to call and found this website I have never written a review. I have nothing but good comments to make about the establishment. Recently I bought a dress for a special occasion and when I picked it up at the store I had lost some weight and the dress was too large through the hips. I went to Crown and the owner worked overtime to get the alterations done so that I could wear it the next evening. Not only is it an excellent cleaning establishment but a superior alterations place as well. I would not go anywhere else and neither would my husband. Sharlene Carmody

I’ve never given much thought to dry cleaners assuming they were pretty much the same except some shrink your clothes. Our usual dry cleaners is under new management and the new guy who took our orders was color blind or at least asked what color is this for each item as we handed it to him. This did not instill confidence. My son’s band uniform needed cleaning badly and I did not want to be out the price of a band uniform on a botched job. The uniform looked dingy even after the last dry cleaning. I looked on Unilocal and found Charlie: L. s helpful rundown of Lynnwood cleaners. I opted for Crown Cleaners because she mentioned they were neurotic regarding detail. I thought this would be a good thing for a dry cleaner. Wow! My son’s uniform looks brand new! The whites are whiter, the blues are bluer and the greens are more intensely green. I stand corrected. All cleaners are not the same. I’m going to bring my important stuff to Crown even though I have to drive by a few other cleaners on the way from Edmonds.

Having just moved into the neighborhood, I wanted to find a solid dry cleaner. After looking at Unilocal,I picked 4 places based on distance to my house and the Unilocal ratings. For a scientific valid comparison, each dry cleaner recieved 1 cotton shirt, 1 silk blouse, and1 pair of dress pants — all dropped off on the same day. The four cleaners were: Ruby Cleaners Crown Cleaners Harbour Point Cleaners Leather to Lace Crown would have won the contest if they’re prices were just a tad better and their turn around time a hair faster, but Ruby has got them beat on both counts. However, the woman who runs Crown has insane attention to details, to the point of being slightly neurotic. Neurotic attention to detail is not a quality you want in your mom, roommate or boyfriend, but definitely a quality you want in your dry cleaner. I would most definitely bring my most difficult cleaning cases and my most intricate pieces of clothing here to be dry cleaned and pressed. Fer sure! Definitely recommend!
