I don’t know who was worse Kimberly, the snarky scheduler or Peter, the male chauvinist pig tech/​owner. I was so turned off that I couldn’t commit to making an appointment. If I did, I would have been ripped off for sure. Peter was very arrogant and put off when I asked him what his process was to clean my dryer vents. He says he charges a $ 40 «inspection» fee and trip charge then quoted me a price range of $ 150-​$ 300. He then assumed I was going to use him and transferred me back to Kimberly to schedule! Whoa. He was super vague which meant DISHONEST and NO customer service.
Call someone else.

Came out and cleaned out my dryer vent. Arrived within the promised time arrival window, was professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job and now the dryer is working properly again. Recommended.

Just in time for Halloween my dryer brought me nightmares that would make Freddy fill his drawers. Part of the problem was the connection from the dryer to the vent, which is where Peter from Dryer Vent Wizard came in. He didn’t show up wearing a sorcerer’s cap or the robes of a mage but he did carry a spellcaster’s staff +1.
Or … maybe not.
I am certain though, that he did work some magic on my vent. He did this while being disarmingly funny, friendly and polite.
If you have problems with your vent, Peter can certainly conjure up a solution!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called a million people who could not help me, and then Peter came within a few hours and took care of everything! Peter was very friendly, honest and helpful! It was not an easy project, but he got right to work and solved it all! Please call the Vent Wizards the next time you need your vents cleaned or fixed!!! Thank you, Peter!
