I have been going to Dan for personal training for over 2 ½ years. in that time frame, I have lost over 20 lbs, and have gone from being perhaps the least fit I had ever been, to being the most fit I have ever been. Dan get’s to know you, your ability’s, your workout styles, and your reasoning for training(Sport, Look better, loose weight…); He then develops a personalized fitness plan just for you which focus not only on your strengths, but targets your weaknesses, and moves you toward your fitness targets. He will frequently change your workouts to advance your fitness, keep things interesting, and keep you motivated. To me, his workouts are much more interesting then going to a fitness club, and pushing the same old stack of weights around. There is never a dull day at Human Forge!
