Great company, until there’s a problem. I’ve been trying to get my phone fixed for two months! I called back in September to get my screen fixed and the girl at customer service told me I should call the warranty dept if they’d fixed the phone before. It took three weeks to get though to an actual human. Now, I’ve been e-mailing back and forth for a month. It took over 20 days to actually get someone with the right part to come to my office, but it wasn’t the right part. Now it seems like I’m not covered by the warranty after all. That’s fine — my mistake and I was prepared to pay to get my phone fixed back in September. It’s the waste of time that’s so annoying!

Allison was the best! She was so quick to schedule an appointment and squeezed me in the next day. She kept in constant communication through out the day so I knew when to expect her. She was so quick fixing my phone and it is in even better condition then when I bought it. She added a protector screen which was great! I couldn’t be happier with the way my phone turned out.
