Seriously?
Horrible diamonds (yellow– and I am NOT talking Canary), horrible staff (rude, car salesmen type), horrible store (crappy carpets and chairs, dirty glass tops).
I felt dirty in here. Skip this place and head to another jewelry store.

Ok, where do I begin? I recently brought a specially made ring here to get resized. It wasn’t until I actually pulled my ring out that they started to give me service. They looked over my ring and appraised it at about $ 4,000 and told me no problem no problem it will be easy and not that expensive. A few days later I get a call saying great news your estimate is in and it will only cost you $ 2200 dollars to get it resized! Wait what? I call back a few minutes later to make sure we are talking about the same ring and she goes ohhh yes it will only be $ 2700 dollars. What a joke! In the end I had them send my ring back and I got it resized somewhere else for not even half that! Make sure you do some checking around before you bring your jewelry here!
On a better note, I had them deep clean that ring and another diamond ring I had and I must say they are absolutely beautiful. It wasn’t cheap to get it done but it was definitely worth the money!

This was by far the worst jeweler I visited in the Seattle area. High pressure sales, and just ugly diamonds for inflated prices. Almost all the diamonds I saw in their cases were SI2-​I2, visibly yellow with obvious inclusions and certified by a no name gem lab.
If you know exactly what you want and are fine with haggling them down to a reasonable price, they wouldn’t be bad. I was just really put off by the pressure they try to put on you and the silly 20% off they offer you to make you think you are getting a deal.

I frequent this place often in the last several years and I have always been satisfied, I purchased a ring for my lady there, and than allowed to trade it in for something twice its value, I got a engagement leo diamond ring which are amazing for $ 5k with warranty. It was dropped once and our dog chewed on the ring and bent it ack! brought to store they had it fixed perfectly in a week. I got a citizen eco drive watch for my b day, and it broke after a month and wouldnt adjust the time anymore, I brought it back and they fixed it to perfection. The only down side is it took 3 weeks. oh well. Customer service is good, they are very friendly and dont pressure you into anything. If it is busy though, sometimes you have to wait a very long time to be helped.
