I Purchased a BMW 328i from this place and the first week I had this car it stopped running. I went back to keros and asked the owner to please fix it or give me my money back and he was completely rude. The owner kicked me out his Shop after I calmly spoke to him he became immediately defensive and tried to say «I knew what was wrong with the vehicle». I knew what they told me. Which was nothing. I wound up having to replace the starter on the car $ 500.00 and then I had to replace the lifters on the car $ 2300.00. That STILL did not fix the car. I am now having to spend another $ 1600 plus on just purchasing the cylinder head alone and that’s not included in the labor. This place is HORRIBLE! please do not buy from here. They will give you so much grief! The cars look nice on the outside, but that does not mean ANYTHING if they are not nice under the hood as well. They did nothing to help me, nothing to make amends for knowingly selling me a bad vehicle. Please select another place to go.

if you are a new buyer and want to get totally rip off then this is the place to go! and if you chose to buy one of their cars make sure to spend days checking that car from body paint to mechanism because of what i baught from them month ago the front and back bumper paint peel off then now i see these were broken and quickly fix with glue then repainted and not only the damage area also the area that was repainted to fade the paint peel off! i was gona go there becuase 20% off for repair if you buy car from them but with my experience of what i baught i just did not have trust left in me for them so why bother! For buyer on this place CAREFULLY STARE FOR HIDDEN REPAIR!

My girlfriend and I purchased two BMW’s here within the same week. We’re a fan of Tim’s.
We’ve had some small minor problems with each of the cars but Tim has fixed it for us for free every time without hesitation. It’s hard to find a car shop to trust and I appreciate Tim for building a trusting relationship with us.

I was out car shopping the last few days and happened to notice a car on the lot at Kero’s as I was heading home. I swung by to take a look. The car was fairly beat up, and dirty. The windshield was cracked, it smelled like smoke, and there were cigarette ashes in the glovebox. The brakes and suspension was all rusted. They told me that it had JUST come in today and they hadn’t fixed anything yet.
I took it for a test drive and they were very friendly in letting me drive it. When I came back I asked about price and he told me it, I pointed out the issues and he said that they would fix all of them and «when I came back I would be amazed». I told him that you can’t «fix» rust without replacing the suspension components etc. He told me that wasn’t true, he said it was just «surface rust» which was a straight lie. I’m sorry, but when you can’t remove a bolt from your struts because of «surface rust» it isn’t «surface rust» anymore. I asked if he would be willing to come closer to the price I was thinking was fair, which was $ 1500 less. He said «our car is the lowest price around, and the lowest miles, you CANNOT find another car for cheaper» when I mentioned that I was going to look at a car for $ 2000 less than they wanted the next day, he asked «well is it one owner? Is it as low of miles?» and then proceeded to tell me why his car was a better deal and in better shape and that «once fixed» I would not find a car nicer.
All of this really struck me as wrong, here I was looking at a rusty car, that smelled like smoke and was an ok price, but I was simply asking if he could lower it, and that I was looking at another, instead of being honest and saying «no I can’t lower the price, we have to maintain our margin» he tried to bash the other cars I was looking at, trying to prove their faults, or that I was lying when someone told me they could do the same car that had no rust and with the same amount of miles for $ 500 less, let-​alone the car that was $ 2000 less and private-​party instead of a dealer.
In the long run, it was a fair price and he was nice, but their blatant lying about «surface rust» unwillingness to negotiate, and constant hinting that I was lying about the other cars I was looking at and their price was very very unprofessional and bad.
I felt similar to Holly G. and her review, lots of «blah blah blah, but it will be better!» and not really listening to what I was saying or being honest.
Just be honest and tell me: «there is rust, and it does smell like smoke, we will do our best to correct this, but we can’t magically make it go away. We also are set on our price and will not negotiate lower. Sorry we couldn’t sell you a car!»

I have been here many times to purchase a vehicle. When the vehicle I wanted arrived, i took a trip down to check it out. There’s no doubt that their prices are reasonable as they do not negotiate (except non luxury vehicles). The vehicle I purchased needed some minor touch up and a good detailing. It took me many times to get in touch with the salesman to schedule a time to drop off my car so that the work can be completed. Customer service is not high on their priority and it will clearly show once the car is off the lot. It is a hassle to get in touch with the salesman and get my vehicle detailed. At this point, i am willing to shell out money and get it done elsewhere!

Just purchased my 3^rd vehicle here. All in about 1 hour. This is the only place to buy a vehicle. I had stopped by and wasn’t even looking to buy a vehicle for another year or so but they had just received a nice looking truck. I looked at the truck inside and out and said I would buy it. Even though I said I was buying it they said to take a test drive. The cars are always priced right and priced to sell. The transaction didn’t take all day like the branded dealers would. Thank you! These guys talk a great deal… but, do not know how to listen. You get a lot of blah, blah, blah about how their cars are the best and no one can beat their prices for the same car with the same features and packages. It’s just talk… and it is repeated over and over… as if you didn’t hear it the first three times. Annoying!
Every valid question one asks is answered with «No problem»…and then, more blah, blah, blah. Usually, one doesn’t get to the end of ones question before being interrupted with an inaccurate response. This is due to the salesperson not listening and then, jumping to an erroneous conclusion.
We called about a specific car for our daughter and left a voice mail with the stock number. When we arrived, we were directed to «the car» and did a test drive. When we wanted to leave to discuss it at home… we were pestered to see «is there anything we can do to help you discuss it?» We just wanted to go home and figure it out.
Oh!
While in the office, we had the misfortune of witnessing one of the owners (they are brothers who emigrated from Egypt) berate, admonish, humiliate, and literally scream insults at one of the sales people. This owner did this in a bad impression of Jerry Stiller (on «The King of Queens») in front of customers and this humiliated employee’s colleagues. How degrading! Imagine the morale that was destroyed.
«Now, get out there and pretend you like working here and SELL!!!»
It was a perfect example of unenlightened management… and we were astonished that this is the thoughtless atmosphere this company creates… in front of prospective buyers. WOW!
Later, after we escaped, we discussed our finances in the tranquility of our home, and my husband called to make a cash offer. Then, it was revealed that they had showed us a different car than the one one which we had called. The one we drove was a rear wheel drive car and we called on an AWD car??? So. We were informed that car, the one we wanted to drive, was evidently «sold». Who knows? All credibility was lost.
When my husband told them that we had found an AWD car that was 2000 dollars less than their rear wheel drive one, they went all berserk that «it must not have the same features, mileage, packages, etc.» as their car. They went so far as to say it was a Lemon Law car and we would be fools to buy it. It actually wasn’t and had many features their «wrong car» (that they tried to sell us) did not. (Like, the AWD that we wanted. D’OH!)
So. None of their cheap «talk» was valid. We bought the AWD car and it is fabulous… and we got it at a great price… much le$$ than their «pristine» rear wheel drive car. Buyer beware!
While in Kero’s business office, our family noticed all the Christian decorations and a large crucifix on the wall behind the Jerry Stiller-​esque owner’s desk.
What we experienced in this dealership was far from Love and Truth.
We came to the conclusion that Kero’s is riding on the reputation that they USED to have. They use it as a tactic to badger their customers and it comes off as condescending… while they probably imagine that they are demonstrating «confidence». This shallow ploy backfires and is what drove us away; to a better car at a better price.

Just bought a BMW 335. These guys treated me very fair and honestly. They have a better selection than the local BMW dealers for much better prices. They even helped me with my existing car to get it on the market which sold relatively quickly. I haven’t bought a car at a dealer in years just because I loath the experience. Not here. These guys got to a ‘real’ price quickly without the pain and time you would spend at a dealer and were friendly, fair, and honest. I recommend this place. Check them out.

good luxury cars for good prices! we have had friends and family buy from them and everyone is satisfied i bought my sc300 from them a year ago and i am one happy camper soon after i bought the car they called for me to pick up the plates and insisted on installing them for me whether they wanted to just put the keros frame on or were being courteous i was happy about that. only problem with the car i had was the alternator failed a month later, i am car savvy and there was no way the dealership could predict that. one year and one alternator later i am very happy with this car.

Awesome dealership. They run all their titles to make sure they do not sell you a junk car.
Their service department is awesome. They don’t charge for a diagnostic (most places charge $ 120 ish) — you only pay for repairs. This definitely the place to take your luxury car for repair/​service.

Bought a 2008 535i there on Friday night working with Eddie & Stefan. They had sold it to the previous owner a few years ago, it had been a lease in CA prior to that. They told me I «would not find one like it», and I believed them. They had just taken it in the day before and it had not even made it to the lot or online yet… it had just come out of being detailed.
The car is flawless so far, it looks, drives, and feels brand new. It is loaded with options and had a $ 58,000 sticker when new, the price of $ 24,500 was moore than competitive for the market and I feel like I got lucky with my timing to get this car.
Eddie and Stefan were great, the transacation, financing (with BECU) and the overall experience made this one of, if not the best car buying experience I have had.

Kero’s is a great spot to buy a car! They hooked me up with 2 BMW’S and both times it was easy, quick and I got a slammin deal! They give me free car washes when I stop by too!!! Great value and great cars and the owners that sold me my car were friendly and helpful! Not pushy at all! I was permitted to take the car on an overnight test drive to esure I liked it!

Kero’s does a good job of offering attractive cars. We visited the first time to look at a Mercedes C350 — we couldn’t take it for a test drive because there was no gas. Something that threw us off was the price the salesman told us was higher than what was listed on Craigslist.
We came back for a nice BMW M3. Again, the car was completely dry — no gas for a test drive. Kero’s had some bodywork done to fix some damage to the front and rear bumpers. the work was horrible, and Kero’s wasn’t willing to lower the price of their already expensive car.
We were still interested in talking to them about what we can do for pricing. They were willing to lower the price from $ 24,900 to $ 24,000 — which seemed like a good deal, until we looked on craigslist and found that they had an add for the car at $ 23,700. We asked if they would honor their craigslist price, and they refused. really? you won’t honor your advertised price? and it’s only $ 300…
we left the lot feeling sick to our stomach. Watch out for their snake tactics.

Kero’s is as small, appears to be family owned, independent dealership. All of their inventory is recent (2007 or newer) lease return vehicles, so presumably they all have gone through thorough inspection by the manufacturer, have new or almost new tires, have been maintained well and have decent interiors.
The owners have particular taste for BMWs, as you can tell from their inventory. The staff is reasonably friendly and quite knowledgeable about BMWs. They do get busy on the weekends, so you may have to wait until someone becomes available to help you.
If you know what car you want and they have it in inventory they do offer amazingly low prices and on-​site financing. If you’re looking for a BMW dealership experience this is probably not the right dealership for you.
