I came here to purchase Mariners tickets today and the staff member who sold them to me was rude and condescending. Made me feel like an idiot. Besides that the store was clean and inviting.

Horrible customer service, the only reason I shopped here is to spend a stupid gift card. The first time I went in, the workers were preoccupied with their personal cellphones, and were rude and unprofessional. I was so irritated I left that time without spending my gift card. Then I decided to come back a few weeks later to spend the gift card. Same old crew, same unprofessional customer service. Oh well at least I got my Kyle Seager $ 27 t-shirt lol

I agree with another recent reviewer(Wes K.) that stated that the staff was not very friendly. Glad it was not just me. I attempted to get an exchange for a damaged product and the guy told me «That’s how they are made.» and«I can’t resell that.» Well, of course you can’t resell it because it’s damaged! You give the customer a replacement, make a claim on it and return it to the distributor like every other retail shop does! This is the first time I’ve experienced such a thing in terms of customer service when trying to get a damaged item replaced. I even had a receipt and he didn’t even look at it. I compare this to my experience at the Alderwood Seahawks Pro Shop and they are always so friendly and accommodating. Mariners need to look at the kind of people the Seahawks hire in their shops. But I’m sure not all the Mariner Team Stores are like this so I will just shop at another location from now on.

Located in Alderwood Mall, this Mariners Team Store is the place to buy game tickets. The staff here take the time to make sure you get the best seat for the game you are attending and show you your available seating options. They know the stadium, the team and the games and can answer your questions. Buying your tickets here also saves you from funding the evils of Ticketmaster with service fees. The store is clean but can get loud due to how close it is to the annoying Alderwood Mall kids play area. The store of course also sells jerseys, tee shirts and more but at full MSRP prices so it is safe to say if that is what you need, online is the way to go.

Anything and everything Seattle Mariners can be found in the Team Store. The only reason I visit the team store is to pick up Mariners tickets this is the only way to avoid nasty service fees from Ticket Master. I was disappointed when we went in today to pick up tickets and noticed that prices have gone up again. It seems like every year they go up which would be reasonable if they were a winning team which we all know they’re not. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Anybody notice the huge mark up on boxes of baseball cards? Normally $ 20, sold at the team store for $ 27.

The number one reason to go here is to buy tickets without incurring any of the service fees you’ll find from Ticketmaster or other ticket outlets. I bought a ticket for this Saturday’s game for $ 17 bucks… and it was $ 17 bucks total. That alone gets a big thumbs up from me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t bug you too much either, which is nice. They are there if you have questions, but they let you browse freely. The store itself is small, but it’s completely packed full of all sorts of items — hats, jackets, jerseys, toys, knick-knacks, pins — you name it, they’ve got it. For more unique items or a broader selection, you’ll probably need to visit the flagship store at Safeco, but otherwise hit this place up and avoid the long drive.

Great store located inside Alderwood Mall, they have just about anything you might want as far as Mariners merchandise is concerned. The best part about this store is you can buy game tickets with none of the service fees that you’d be charged buying tickets online. They also give you a discount on merchandise on the day you buy tickets. The store is packed full of stuff but still looks well maintained and organized. The staff is very friendly and the person that helped me with my tickets had a lot of good information about the ballpark and seat locations.

Since my bro doesn’t live close to Safeco, this is the place we go to get the«hook up» for M’s tickets, gear, and info. You can get tickets here without having to pay all those pesky extra fees. The staff is knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my bobble head question — I had lots! And if you need some M’s gear, they have it in spades.

WOW! The Seattle Mariners have a sister team and it’s located in Lynnwood! Okay, so the business name really isn’t referring to the baseball club, it’s the official business listing for the Mariner’s Team Store in the Alderwood mall. While for the most part I detest malls, this store is located close enough to the entrance/exit that I can hop in and out in a matter of seconds. Prices are what you expect from an official MLB branded store, but a few good deals can be found on the red-tag rack. The best deal is you are buying your tickets directly from the Mariners, instead of having to pay for any handling charge from TicketMaster!!! That alone is worth 5 stars! I knock off 1 star for being in the mall, but that’s just me…
