Definitely recommend the seafood Cobb salad. The salmon is the best I have had possibly ever. Pleasantly surprising that a hotels serves it up like this. WOW

Excellent food helps me easily place this hotel restaurant at a 4. The food honestly has been so good on so many occasions I would rank it a 5. Atmosphere here a 2. Service usually 4 – 5. The mesquite salmon is always a favorite here along with the seafood cioppino. Yummy! The cowboy steak is truly one of the best steaks I have had in along time. Its topped with blue cheese butter and it is always cooked to perfection. The NY Strip excellent every time. The braised pork shank is great as well with a beautiful side of mashed potatoes. Do not miss out on the potatoes! The house salad and ranch dressing are perfect, I have only dined here Sunday-Thursday and notice some of the compliants are about the prime rib on Friday and Saturday which I have never had. Every time I have eaten here its been excellent. I would estimate I have had 25 meals here. To the bar area. It would be nice if they would throw in a dart board, pool table, or golden tee and larger tv’s. Drink specials would be nice too! Its just dead in here on most nights because of lack of even music playing. Any improvement there would keep me around later instead of looking for a place to finish off evening. Their wine selection is a bit pricey and frankly terrible. The bartenders and waitresses here are always friendly and do a good job even when it gets busy. Great place to eat while on business in the area. PS… Mahi Mahi… delicious!

We are here on vacation for a long weekend dinner at the hotel sounded good plus a hilton points bonus added incentive. The service was below average maybe understaffed not sure but a couple of big errors. First prime rib is the speciality on Friday and Saturday when we tried to order it med rare we were told since they serve«so much» it is all cooked medium. Based on that I guess if you order on Saturday all they have is well done? We passed and went on to order the beef medallion. Good flavor but tougher than shoe leather I generally associate beef medallions with beef filet but not here, Maybe sirloin I guess ? I ordered the seafood chipano which was good, good quantity and tasty no complaints. Overall slow service cost them the price of four drinks and the server got a less than average tip I think we will try somewhere else for the remainder of our stay

We love it! We live in Everett, and we actually make a point to drive to Lynnwood just to come to this restaurant. Everything I’ve had there has been excellent! You wouldn’t think so in a hotel restaurant, but it is! The seafood salad is my favorite. But the salmon dinner is fantastic too. I do a lot of business lunches here, too.

Unfortunately I have to rate this one really low. We WANT to love this place because quite frankly, their chicken wings are the absolute best around! But their tap system is AWFUL! It has been so consistently bad over a long time that I just have to let people know. Somehow their system is either malfunctioning and we get flat beer, or it’s simply not functioning and we turn around and leave. We love the regular bartender and the location, but we just can’t stand that they do nothing to fix their system! If they realized how this could be affecting their hotel(Embassy Suites) fill rates, and if they cared about local business, they would FIXIT. If I was a business traveler staying in town, I would NOT choose this hotel because after getting disappointed in their bar, there isn’t even any other options within walking distance! Since this is an ongoing problem, we will find a new wing destination. Too bad…

Go figure… a 5 star for a hotel restaurant? I think the earths a shakin! It was actually a good dinner. I had the seafood salad which was outstanding. The salmon was cooked perfect. My coworker had the lamb shank which she really loved. The service was good… even had a sense of humor! Only down note is that your wine is overpriced… no knockdown for that, I’ll just drink something else in the future.

Ok it’s always convenient when the bar is 30 seconds from your room but why do I always come here? The beer on tap always tastes off or flat yet I still come back here in faithful belief it will be better. Sorry to say not this visit. Stick to cocktails /mixed drinks here…

First visit, but I’ll be back; my new office is next door. Stopped only for a beer, but am quite impressed that they have Fremont Brewery Universale Pale Ale on tap. Though I prefer an IPA, that’s my favorite local brewery(quite near my previous office). As I mentioned previously, I’ll be back. Maybe I’ll rate the food next time.

I’ve been here twice for a biznik lunch — OK they are kind of a rival internet group — but they brought me here — and they don’t do reviews. The first time I had the burger — fancy name, standard stuff — not all that great, but it cost plenty. The second time, I had the clam chowder — not that great either, a bit below average — bland — clam chowder should taste like excellent potato soup someone ruined by pouring clams in — no excellent potato soup flavor — no clam flavor. Wil I go back — yup — we will have more buziness lunch gatherings there — will I enjoy the food? Probably not.

After a long day of conferencing at the Embassy Suites we needed a drink. Bad. Frankly, we would have gone to whatever restaurant/bar was closest — this one is located in the hotel(meaning that we didn’t have to go out in the rain) and won handily. My drink a Peppermint Pattie — one of the bartenders favorites and ordered upon his recommendation was tasty and quite strong. It was a decent deal at $ 5. We each ordered app’s my friend had a shrimp cocktail which was $ 9. She didn’t even get a shrimp/$ 1 — not a good deal if you ask me. I had a chicken quesadilla which came on a spinach tortilla(muy authentic) and had cheese, chicken bits, and a bit of salsa. It was decent sized for $ 9 — but not very delicious. I would have preferred a bit more kick.
