We had a great experience! Madison made our dinner very enjoyable. She was very quick on getting our drinks and recommending what to eat. Will definitely be back!

Usually skeptical when going to a popular Asian restaurant, however my experience was pretty nice. Tried their Mongolian beef, ribs, dessert wontons and the apple chai cobbler. I’m not a fan of ribs… But these ribs are covered in a a good non BBQ sauce and all the meat comes off easily and it was really moist!(: our Mongolian beef, though nice sauce, had a bitter charred taste and was a bit dry. Desserts were nice. Too bad they don’t have as many condiments as I would like for an Asian restaurant. The service wasn’t any different from other places. It was busy, so I understand. But since I seemed young and didn’t look quite as fancy, of course my friend and I would be neglected for the majority of the time. We drank all of our water after the appetizer and it was not filled till we finished our dessert. Good thing my friend was there or else it would’ve been an awkward 10 min to get the check after we finished our desserts. Interior is nice and dim. The bathroom was kept pretty clean, which is oddly the deal breaker of any restaurants I go to. Overall, pretty nice considering what my initial thought. Not authentic Chinese food, but a pretty tasty spin on it.

PF Changs is right by my work so I often order to go. The food is always good and they have it ready in a timely manner! I love the environment of the restaurant! And for the price of the food the quality is amazing! I highly suggest the chicken lettuce wraps! They are the best!

My family went here for an early dinner on a Saturday night. There was no wait and they seated us right away. Our waitress was great and we ordered some delicious pot stickers while we figured out the rest of our dinner. I ordered the salmon. When our food was ready our waitress brought it out and then apologized to me saying that the new chef had made me the lunch portion of the salmon instead of the dinner portion. They were making me more salmon and would bring it out when it was done. Then the manager came by and he apologized for the mistake and said he was taking the dinner off our bill and making me a dinner portion that I could take home. I was very surprised that they gave me my dinner free and gave me another one to go. Very good customer service!

I love PF Changs. Unfortunately I always decide I want to eat there at the last minute, get frustrated with the wait times and decide to eat somewhere else. My boyfriend always thinks we should try to eat in the bar, but its just too small. Half of the seats in there will hardly hold your beverage. I love the food here though so I keep coming back. My favorite continues to be the Ma Po tofu, its deliciously fried with a healthy serving of broccoli. I also really love the tofu lettuce wraps. My non veg boyfriend often begs to get these as well. The sides of veggies are a great deal, the asparagus and spinach are both very tasty. I also like that you have the option to get brown rice and now for an additional charge you can even get quinoa. My mother recently agreed that her food was good when she had previously reported she did not like it, but I do have some friends who refuse to eat here. I am sad that they no longer make up the concoction of sauce at your table. We always ask for extra chili sauce as I also find this divine. You can no longer get the delicious ginger beer either. I am a member of their rewards program, but never seem get enough points for a reward. I love it here and will keep trying to convince everyone to join me in a meal here.

The interior of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Good service and food was good but I have to honestly say it wasn’t great. I don’t like saying that about places especially with good service but everything we had was a bit salty. Mongolian beef, Singapore noodles, green beans were great, also had the sweet chili chicken. Idr what it was called. It was ok. Chicken breast was very juicy and tender however. Had the chicken lettuce wraps. Not bad but ours Tatars a little burnt. Also had the Asian pear mojito. Great mojito but I didn’t get te Asian pear taste at all. Had the chai tea apple cobbler. Pretty yummy but wish the crumble on top crisped. I probably wouldn’t want to come back based on food experience. Sorry. But beautiful place. And in sure many ppl love it.

The food was good. The lettuce wraps were amazing and I would go hack but the lighting in the restaurant is terrible. It is hard to see the menu and I like to see the food I am eating. Not sure what kind of ambience they are trying to Achebe but a little more light would be great.

After a long day of shopping. This place is the spot for good chimes food and an ice cold beer. The dinner for two is the route we went with. The chicken lettuce wraps are awesome. The hot and sour soup was delicious and the spicy chicken was good. I’d prefer more heat to the spice. Over all good experience and will visit again.

Man, why did I come back in here? It had been years and I really didn’t want to eat in the food court at alder wood. Anyways. Lettuce wraps were fine, server was really short with us but thankfully she didn’t put up a fit when I sent a dish back. I think the person who made my FULLORDER of crispy honey chicken didn’t know the proper amount of food to put on the plate. I have NEVER sent a dish back like this before, I will never be back to PF cheap skates again. I’m embarrassed to put this on my Unilocal track record but man this place tried to steal money from me. $ 14.99 for a plate of 10 chicken pieces on a bed of nasty styrofoam strings, NOVEGETABLES. Ugh I’m still in shock… Peace out, we had a good run when I was in middle school and knew nothing about food.

Our date night spot. Sesame chicken is delicious especially when they add tons of broccoli. They have a happy hour that goes until 7 which is super nice when we work late.

We stopped in on a Thursday night around 8pm. It wasn’t busy at all and we were seated right away. Our server was super friendly and made sure we were happy and taken care of, and brought my mother a birthday desert. I ordered the Mongolian Beef with brown rice and a bowl of their hot and sour soup. Everything was PEFECT! I am still craving what I ordered and especially the Hot and Sour Soup. Its so good, almost a hearty meal in a bowl. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this restaurant! When you’re seated, you can’t help but think, «Aww, this is cute. «with the candles on the table and the wicker chairs. I prefer the booths– I like that they’re raised a bit. I am the queen of allergies. I have celiacs and I’m allergic to mushroom. Not a problem! They have a full allergy menu, and I was able to have a delicious meal without feeling sick afterwards. The wine isn’t expensive, either, so it was a fun little date night for the husband and I. :) The service was fantastic– we always had water in our glasses, and the pacing of courses was perfect. With the low lights, the diversity in food, a nice wine list, I definitely say this is a great date night place.

Awesome food good service and classy atmosphere. The wraps were amazing! So was the Honey chicken. The wait was a bit more than 20 minutes on a Saturday night but a great time and worth the wait.

#sharePFChangs I would give this restaurant a lower rating, if I could but Unilocal keeps me from doing so. The food was less than 1 star and the service was not very good either. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody I know. My husband and I went to this restaurant and were taken to the darkest spot in the restaurant. The hostess was having to think where to put us even though the restaurant was virtually empty. My husband had to use the led light on the phone to read the menu, which prompted other patrons to laugh at us. When the waitress arrived, I mentioned the darkness of the spot to her, with the hope of being moved to a table with more light. WE were told it was policy to keep it this dark. It was interesting than a bout 20 feet from our location the lighting was adequate for reading one’s menu. She said a candle would be sufficient She just put a candle at the table and said that was enough. She left and did not come back for nearly half an hour. When she arrived she asked if we were now ready to order. We ordered some food and GInger Beer with iced tea. I got my iced tea and my husband did not get his until several minutes later. When he took a drink of his Ginger Beer, he nearly threw up. He asked me to try this concoction and it was the most vile drink I had ever had in my life. I would not wish my worst enemy to be served this drink. It had so much ginger in it that anyone would get sick from it. We mentioned to waitress when she arrived that this was not like any Ginger Beer we had had and that that was not a good thing. She said they freshly squeeze the ginger and make it fresh and that obviously we didn’t know what fresh ginger tasted like. This was said to my husband who was born in Vietnam and is of Chinese decent and has had a lifetime of eating a variety of ginger and PF Chang is no Chinese restaurant. The girl who was the waitress is definitely not of Chinese decent and was not dressed professionally. She ignored my husband and took a long time to get him a simple iced tea after we rejected the Ginger Beer. When she brought the drink she placed it on my side of the table and ignored my husband throughout the rest of our visit. She asked me at one point during the meal if I was enjoying the meal and I said it was ok to which she asked me if I wanted something else for my meal. This was a last straw for me. She was ignoring my spouse, she had exhibited an attitude from the beginning toward Asians, I guess, as well as to me, like she really did not want a customer in the last hour of business so she could go home to do something, whatever. I would not recommend anybody to come here to this restaurant and would tell them to take their money and run to some other establishment to eat. The other staff seemed as equally unprofessional in that the wait staff were sitting at a table which the customers have to pass by to leave the restaurant. The girls sitting there had their feet up on the table and were showing off their legs in an inappropriate manner for any level of restaurant. This is my #sharePFChanges experience and will never go to any PF Changs ever. Anyone reading this should run to another establishment to eat. The Chinese food is not real according to my husband and he should know.

Been coming here instead of the Bellevue location now. While the bars tend to get busy and service slips, the staff here still try to make things right. Whereas in Bellevue, the bar staff are disinterested and smug. Spicy tuna roll: ok. We had to ask for little dishes for soy sauce. Green beans: great! Crispy and fresh. Singapore noodles: ok. A little too much salt. Missing curry.

P.F. Chang’s is located inside the Alderwood Mall area. They have happy hours 4−7pm and their happy hours are really affordable at $ 4-$ 7 ea! We ordered kang pao chicken lettuce wrap($ 5), chicken taco($ 4)(taco shell was made of white radish-like), melon walnut shrimp(not a happy hour dish but it was a decent entrée size as well!) and free refill sodas. Overall, despite the fact that the food isn’t exactly traditional chinese(but more like American-style Chinese, we felt P.F. Chang’s was healthy meal. The lettuce wrap was healthy and their taco shells were made of jicama(instead of flour), which was a huge plus for anyone looking for some healthy bites in the evening. You can order brown rice, too. For what we ordered, the total came to just $ 37, excluding tips. Their happy hours definitely made it affordable and you should definitely check it out. –1 as it is not original Chinese. but good, modern enough for decent eat out meal around the mall area.

QUICKSUMMARY: Food is fine, but service is terrible. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or it’s a special occasion as you’ll have a poor experience. FULLSUMMARY: Last night, we took my father-in-law here to celebrate his 59th birthday. We came at 6pm and were promptly seated. A server greeted us quickly and brought out water, but soon disappeared. Another server came out, took drink and food orders. All good right? As we waited for the food, it seemed to take an awfully long time. The restaurant was quite empty, but it was almost 20 minutes after ordering that the soups and appetizers came out. When they arrived, we asked for silverware and napkins(we never got any). We were told they ran out and had to roll more. This seemed like a joke. How could a restaurant run out of silverware? We asked again for some and they told us, «Oh, I asked someone to bring it out. They must have forgot.» Then the entrees came out. We still had no silverware. We asked a third time and it was at least ten minutes after the food came out that we got any. One of the people at our table had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get their sushi roll. By the time the roll came out, everyone else had finished eating their food. All in all, it took almost 2hrs for us to finish our meal. This was not intentional, nor desired. We never received any apologies for the delay with the food or the lack of silverware. It seemed like this was common and no one cared. Due to the poor experience, we have no intention of returning for any special occasion again.

Been here a few times and I’d come back. It does get a little busy during dinner and even having a drink in the bar while you wait can sometimes be a little hard to do, but I guess that’s how it goes for this type of place in this type of mall. The service has been good every time I’ve eaten here and the wait staff seem mostly competent with the menu and with special orders. Things I enjoy eating here: pepper beef stir fry, veggie dumplings(fried or steamed), and lettuce wraps. Everything else I’ve eaten was ok, and only on my last visit did I ever have a not so good experience… the tofu and broccoli was too salty, or the sauce that they put on it I should say. The fried tofu really soaked up the sauce and made it pretty salty all the way through. Talk about high blood pressure.

My first visit to PFC, pretty hard to believe that I haven’t been previously. My husband received a gift card from his boss for Christmas so we had date night tonight and decided to cash it in. I started with a beer. They have around 7 craft beers available. $ 6 was the average price.(I had the Total Domination IPA& Lucile IPA. Both are great IPAs! For dinner we decided to do the 4 course PF Chang’s for 2 dinner. You get 2 bowls of soup(Hot & Sour or Egg Drop were the options). My husband got the Hot & Sour and said it needed some more spice.(I don’t do soup, so I have no opinion on the matter!) Next course: Starters. Choices range from spring rolls, dumplings, egg rolls, string beans, etc. we had pork dumplings. They had a spicy sauce over the top. You can choose pan fried or steamed. Good stuff! Entrée: quite a few choices. We chose the Mongolian Beef & Hot and spicy chicken. It comes with white or brown rice. Decent sized portions to share. They come with one small bowl of rice for each person. I asked our waiter if I could possibly get more rice. And he obliged, «yes of course!» Perfect! Because the one little bowl was definitely not enough for me! I enjoyed both entrees. But I think the winner was the Mongolian Beef. Finally dessert! Only a few choices are included; one of which was a small portion of Tiramisu. That’s what we chose. It was creamy and decadent! Everything was delicious! I’m a fan!
