We signed up for a small space 5×10, on the condition the door width was atleast 4ft wide. I asked two different staff members what the actual door with was, and I had assurance it was at least 5 feet. Once we had a delivery sent to our storage it came to my attention The doors were nowhere close to 4 feet wide. It caused a lot more headache than help, next time I hope the competence of the staff would be a little more detail when asked measurements.
Now I cannot get a refund for the space that I can’t even use. Classic bait and switch

Very speedy and straight forward check in. I believe it was Kim who helped us and she was great. She answered our questions and got us moving in no time. It seems like it will be a great unit for us. We will be closing it early next year so assuming everything goes well with that then I would for sure recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately you have to put rat bait out every month to keep rodents from chewing through your boxes. After 5 months of renting here and still no working light in our unit we left this location! Staff was gruff when we moved out, acted like we owed them to stay and were inconvenienced with supplying a receipt! As with any storage rental I have had to buy insurance for my belongings in case of a fire or whatever, but then if something were to happen I’m responsible and they are not held liable for our loss!!! Smells fishy, but I bought there insurance anyway even though it only covers you up to 15K… another reason not to rent here. Also the location is a pain to get in and out of.

Jodie definitely makes moving a lot easier! I work in customer service so I know what great customer service looks like and Jodie went above and beyond that! I recommend going to her when thinking of public storage!
