Great chain seafood restaurant. Food is always fresh and well presented. Usually very busy. It is somewhere that we can conveniently get lobster. They have a pretty good lobster bisque that I didn’t realize they had until the last visit. They had a sweet potato dish that was amazing but they took it off the menu.

The parking is terrible, I ate late at 7pm and service was super slow with no attention paid by waiter. Finally food arrived and it was half ass plated. Barely saw my waiter, had to ask someone else for my bill. I ate alone, no appetizer so it wasn’t like I was high maintenance. He came up at the end and said«phew, where are we at with you.» Nice.

It’s our first time to dine in «Red lobster» today, and the service we got from a lovely guy named Dan was like in a 5 star restaurant! Well done, Dan, and thank you so much!

Really nice food and service here. I took my mom here for mother’s day, wasn’t that busy on a Sunday dinner time. The waitress was really nice, come check on us during meal. I ordered a 12oz steak + a lobster tail, my mom had a small tuna piece + 2 lobster tails, they all come w extra sides and salad. for $ 76, which is not expensive i think. The only thing i dont like abt this place is that i had to wait pretty long for food, other than that i like this place.

Tonight we came her(not our first time coming.) and part of our order was made incorrect. The rest of the food and the remade order was perfect. They have the best customer service and really know how to take care of customers.

Just wrote to Corp. online because I haven’t heard from ANYONE yet regarding my issue. No refund. No apology. Below is my email I sent. «I got food poisoning from your restaurant. I ended up passing out and was taken to the ER for falling a hitting my head and shoulder badly. I called the location we ate at and there was absolutely NO apology, also they denied us a refund. Over the phone the manager said he put a claim in with the insurance company Zurik(sp)? And they would contact me. Its been well over 2 days now. I have posted on Unilocal with pictures of my injuries and how I got no apology. I also have it being shared on Facebook. A simple refund and apology would have been great, but NOTHING. That is the worst customer service and I will never step foot in Red Lobster again. I will share my experience with everyone I know(if they haven’t already read it on Unilocal/Facebook). If I need to go to the local news station, I for sure will. People should know if they are about to pay close to $ 70.00 to get sick and have poor customer service.» UPDATE: Played phone tag with the district manager of the Lynnwood location. He did leave me a couple voice mails. I left him one as well. Never got in touch with him. He didn’t call back after my voicemail asking him to call me back. My boyfriend notified me that they refunded $ 50(not even the total cost of our dinner) on his debit card. We will take it. At least we got that. We will not be going back or recommending to other friends/family/strangers we talk to.

Excellent Red Lobster ! Love their steak and Lobster, steak always perfect. Service in bar always great! Friendly, fast service, good food and decent drinks make this Red Lobster better than most of the others within this chain restaurant.

What are people thinking? The food quality & quantity keeps going down while the prices keep going up. The only thing I can think of is people don’t remember the old Red Lobster. The only positive thing is the service was good.

Would not recommend this location at all! The food would have probably tasted better if 1) the wait to be seated hadn’t been an hour 2) if our server hadn’t attended to a table first that was seated after we were 3) if we had not had to flag down our server to acknowledge us after 10 minutes of being seated 4) if our drinks and cheddar biscuits had been brought to our table in less than 15 minutes after finally being acknowledged by the server we had to flag down 5) if our correct order had been brought to our table in less than 45 minutes after being seated. For the price the food was mediocre and the service was atrocious. Management needs to get it together when it comes to handling dinner hours. Servers need better training and if management is going to be on the floor checking on diners, they should acknowledge ALL diners in the vicinity. As a paying customer, to be ignored all around left as bad a taste in my mouth as the food.

Celebrated my Dad’s 77th birthday dinner. We arrived at 3pm and had a party of 8 and sat in back room. We used 3 appetizer coupons and we all ordered a meal. Our server was Scott. I want to say we had the best service, excellent food and a great time. Thank you Red Lobster for a great meal and thank you Scott for you attentive service. So much appreciated.

Bad Bad Bad! Went in for my birthday with the family. Waiter was rude. Food came out and our pasta was cold with no sauce and it look like a frozen food plate. When we told the waiter they blamed it on not having a prep cook and the servers having to make it and just argued that it was good even though it was gross. Then the manager came and finally offered to give us a new plate but we were so fed up by then. Plus the cheesecake dessert was dry… really dry… As someone who worked in the restaurant business this was shitty. I come here as a tradition for my birthday and never have had a problem. But Im 100% sure I’m not coming back here for my birthday again. Bad service. bad food. Not a good birthday dinner! :/

It was my first time going to Red Lobster, and what an experience it was! 1. The server asked if I had any questions, and I told her it was my first time, so she took the time to go over the whole menu, and pointed out their specials. 2. The famous biscuits were really really good — now I know what the hype is all about :) 3. I had ordered the sampler plate from appitizer menu and it was great! I was able to sub an item for another one with NO problem! Overall, I think it was a great experience and I’d like to definitely go back and try more of their items as they did look very tasty!

That’s right, it’s 4 stars! I have some prejudice when it comes to these big chain restaurants but our experience tonight was pretty darn good. From the host to the server, from the cocktails to lobster tails, it was thumbs up. Dan, our server was remarkably sincere and attentive, never contrived and super friendly. We got a good deal due to a promotion but we’d be back soon even without the endless shrimp. I dine out more than I really want to– from fine dining to taco trucks and out of all, the service I got tonight was top tier. Either I got lucky or management is doing a great job. Great job, red lobster @ Lynnwood! Proud to call you an American institution.

This is consistently mom’s «go to» for her birthday each year, so we venture up to Lynwood for her treat. I have to say that the new remodel is amazing. The struggle is that now that the inside and outside are so appealing they are attracting more diners; they are not however, attracting more staff… The wait time to be seated was under 15 mins which at first I thought was a wonderful thing. The wait time for drinks, no problem. The wait time for food… a problem. This is no reflection on our service which was exceptional. The sluggishness was happening in the kitchen where they were not fully staffed. As we were leaving we saw an entire empty section and at least 20 patrons waiting outside to be seated. The food is always predictable. The endless shrimp scampi is always good. They are trying to add a habanero sauce to the coconut bites — save yourself and order them without the sauce since you can. Because of the significant delays endless shrimp ended early because we got full on liquids. Ah well, there’s always next year.

Coworker mentioned that it’s still the«endless shrimp» at Red Lobsters. I told her, «hey, it’s Monday, my rest day! Let’s go after work!» We went there after work on a Monday night and were there just shortly after 5PM. Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait too long! She got us a table right by the bar! We both had drinks and endless shrimp. There were 5 types shrimps. And, it came with biscuits and salad. We tried not to stuff ourselves with those. We ordered 3 – 4 rounds of shrimps. My favorites are the garlic shrimp and teriyaki shrimp. The pasta thou is actually good for the next day! The server did a great job kept up with us! We were there for about 2 hours: P

Came in here with girlfriend almost as a joke while trying figure out what to do for dinner. There’s definitely a shitty dining experience stigma associated with red lobster and the apple bees style menu doesn’t help much. Red lobster is a great place to touch up on your Russian skills. Place is packed with them. Aside from obnoxious customers being extremely loud, the environment is actually pretty nice. The food was surprisingly good too. We split the ultimate feast lobster plate. After stuffing our faces with biscuits it was plenty of food and the bill came out to under $ 40. Main reason to come here though is the biscuits. Fuuuuuu the biscuits are insanely good. Buttery salty cheesy orgasmo explosion. And no one better to bring them to you then our server Shirley. Shirley is proof that with age comes beauty and brains. Best server I’ve ever had. If she was 40 years younger I would bend her over this table and give her seafood feast a taste.

I’ve been to this restaurant tons of times before and had a great meal but last night was very different! Was meeting some friends in Lynnwood and one of my friends really like seafood so we decided to go to red lobster! We all ordered our dinners and drinks, salads came and were very cold and fresh with just enough dressing… now here’s where it starts to go downhill… I ordered the steak and lobster, when I got my food I was very impressed from the looks of it. Huge lobster tail cooked perfectly, and the steak LOOKED good, but looks can be deceiving. immediately when I took the first bite I was disgusted… the steak was not good at all. Normally I don’t like to put a A1steak sauce on my steaks, but I ended up drowning the steak in A1… for $ 36 I was not going to leave the steak on the table. I kind a wish I had though, because later I got very sick… Will probably be a while before I visit red lobster again and most definitely will never order the steak and lobster!

Friday night dinner. There was a long line out the door but surprisingly our wait was about 10 minutes. As far as parking: this may be a large lot but I felt I had won the jackpot finding a spot. It’s been a while since my last visit to a Red Lobster. I didn’t have high expectations but I had a hankering for lobster. The menu pictures always look so enticing. We decided on the following to try a variety: Ultimate Feast: Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi and Walt’s Favorite shrimp. Served with wild pilaf and side of broccoli. Lobster Lover’s Dream: rock lobster tail and sweet split Maine lobster tail, roasted and served with lobster and shrimp linguine Alfredo. Started out with some drinks: Mojito(dark green old mint). When I pointed this out to the waitress after fishing this out, she had the bar remake this. Her response from the bar was that«they had not noticed, but thank you for bringing this to their attention». I’ve concluded this is a poor excuse. If you’ve had to pick this up to make the drink(during the muddle process) and you finish off the drink with this to garnish… I am wondering how this can be missed. Anyway, full marks for the waitress in handling this and being the consummate diplomatic messenger. No prices on the drink menu. When we asked about this, the waitress said«Liquor prices change daily…» I had no idea this is a traded commodity ;) Both meals came with a choice of salad and side. Caesar salad: very fresh, flavorful dressing, croutons and slivers of parmesan cheese. I had some reservations about eating the cheese because I could see mold… but maybe this is good mold! Vegetables were broccoli on the one dish and petite green beans. I had asked the beans to be lightly done because I prefer crisp crunchy vegetables. The beans weren’t crisp but I can see they made an attempt to not overcook them. Broccoli looked a little yellow. I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood. ALL done perfectly. Not overcooked. The flesh was flavored(some places literally just boil them). One thing I will return for is the linguine. Maybe it’s my love of garlic, but the pasta was garlicky and just the way I like it. The sauce was not heavy even though it is Alfredo. I had always wondered the difference between the 2 lobster types and finally took the time to find out and more! You’ll see a tank of live lobsters in the lobby. These are the lobsters we typically think of when we think of lobster, the Maine Lobster. This is the most prized lobster, and undoubtedly the most popular at Red Lobster. The Rock lobster, only available as tails, can be interchanged with Maine Lobster in recipes, but the meat, although similar, is generally coarser, dryer, and less flavorful. The Maine Lobster, with shells that appear quite red after cooking, is the namesake of the restaurant chain for a reason. If you look under the Fresh Fish Menu you will see Live Maine Lobster listed as «Signature Shellfish» but no mention of the Rock Lobster. This is because the Rock lobster is not fresh. The Maine Lobster is priced according to the season and availability, and sold by the pound. In general, lobster lovers will want to go for the Maine lobster, and indeed, the price may not be all that different, when viewed on a pound for pound basis, but keep in mind that the weight of the live lobster includes the weight of the shell. Both great and when dunked into the butter… well, the rest speaks for itself. As for the battered shrimp, very nicely done in that you can taste the shrimp through the light batter. The other shrimp was great and very garlicky though. Crab was good too. A lot of work but worth the effort. Oh, don’t forget their garlic cheese biscuits. Melt in the mouth stuff. I was thrilled to see the dough can be bought in a box at Costco! Service by Kiri: impeccable. She went out of her way to take care of us. One thing this place is doing right. There is teamwork. When we were done with our salad, one of the other servers walking by took our plate. Nice. I like that. We’ll be back. This time we’ll save space for dessert.
