Worse customer service. I’ve took a lot of my clothes to them for the last several year. They refused to took care of their mistake on my wife dress. We see them at small claim court. I used to own several cleaners in Portland and this is not how you handle your business.

Admittedly not very expensive, but in this case you get what you pay for. The individual at the counter was neither charismatic nor engaging. I’m empathetic to challenges associated with a lack-​luster job, however it did not even begin to establish a desire to want to return. It took a week to have 4 shirts and 4 slacks returned.
So while inexpensive, the combination of a void of any kind of customer service, coupled with the inability to accept payment via credit card will result in my having no reason to return to this establishment.
It’s not necessarily a bad experience, but there was absolutely nothing positive worth mentioning aside from nothing specifically went wrong.

I have taken a lot of shirts and clothes to this cleaners. They do a good job and the prices are good!!!

trying to find a good dry cleaner is hard. expensive and you have to wait a week to get your stuff back. Not at this place. Cheapest, by far, that I’ve seen around plus the service is great. Very happy to have found Regency

They may be the cheapest, but they have ruined several expensive shirts for me. Namely Tommy Bahama’s which are not cheap. They simply didn’t care when I complained. Never offered to make amends or try to please me. I was a regular for about 5 months. I’m going back to my original dry cleaner who may not be cheap, but they haven’t ruined any of my clothes. Buyer Beware!

I brought a Jones NY mens suit to clean and got returned the jacket and someone else’s old pants with a different tag attached. Basically, I was told that if someone will return the pants I will get them, otherwise I am out of luck and $ 499, which is a cost of that suit. I also got charged full price for cleaning it. Be very careful when you go there.

My husband swears by this place and comes here all the time. He said that it’s the least expensive place in the area and that they always do a good job.
I’ve only been here a couple of times and my second time was less than stellar. When you drop off an item, they have you pay up front in cash or check. I paid about $ 3 to get a shirt dry cleaned. They told me that my shirt would be ready by Thursday at 9 am. Thursday rolls around and I show up in the late afternoon around 3 pm.
I hand over my ticket and the girl goes to look for my shirt. About 10 minutes later, she comes back and tells me that they don’t have it and that it’s going to take a few more days. Super irritating. I hate when businesses are not accountable. What if I had needed that shirt ASAP?
My husband can keep going here all he wants but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I was desperate and needed two suites to be cleaned by January 2^nd. I called on December 31^st in the morning and let them know my dilemma. They didn’t hesitate at all to help me out and had them ready for me by 5pm. This place goes above and beyond customer service… which is hard to find these days. I 100% recommend them.

Cheapest dry cleaner in the area for sure. I dropped off two, big, machine washable blankets off at this location one week ago. The girls working here were neither friendly nor unpleasant… just sorta humdrum, doing their job. I get it, I work in retail too. They said it would be one to two weeks to get the items cleaned. I asked if it was at all possible to rush it, and they said no. Then I requested several times that they call me when the blankets were ready — and I thought I remembered the girl reluctantly saying that she would.
Exactly one week later, I’m on my way passing by the cleaners so I thought I’d give them a call to see if it was ready. When the girl picked up, she asked me when my items were promised by. I said on Monday (three days from now), to which she immediately responded, «Nope, it’s not ready yet. We haven’t even started pressing those items yet…» which is when I squeezed in, «Please, will you check my last name? I dropped off two machine washable blankets one week ago.» After looking into it, she told me my order was ready.
I did some price shopping before I came to this particular cleaners. They charged only $ 16 + some change to wash a comforter, versus $ 40 at some other places. But with the lackluster customer service, I won’t be back. I never got a phone call saying my order was ready. Next time I need to wash my blankets, I’ll just go to a laundromat and wait the two hours and get it done myself.

3 stars because it’s cheap, but beware clothes may not come back in better condition. You definitely need to bring in clothes you’re prepared to part with. For the most part, my slacks and dresses came back fine, but the problems are with my husband’s shirts. Twice the buttons broke on his dress shirt and the last time, his beautiful velvet shirt was completely damaged — all the material was burned off. Strange thing is, we brought the same shirt to another dry cleaner previously and it came back fine. The manager was very apologetic, but i should have been more cautious about using Regency Cleaners.

Saw the reviews that this was the cheapest place in town. I haven’t had my white coat cleaned since I moved from downtown Seattle and it was looking terrible. I brought it to Regency and the super nice girl at the counter pointed out that the tag says to NOT dry clean so they would be throwing it in the washer… just like I could do at home. What the heck? So I’ve been paying $ 18 downtown for them to put it in the washing machine?! It was really nice that they were honest enough to give me the choice. I like this place!

I agree with the other review, this is the cheapest dry cleaner you can find in this area! $ 2.49 for each item, cash/​check only. I’ve taken many items to this place before, and everything has turned out okay so far.

Cheapest around. Cash or check only ahead of time. Some stitching came out on a fold of my pants which they did not report to me. I took the pants back and they would not fix them.

I moved to Lynnwood over the summer and had to find the essentials like dry cleaners, good carryout, etc. I checked Unilocal and since this place was close and it received good reviews, I decided to give it a try.
I would rate this place as mediocre at best. For convenience sake, I might use it again for my casual dry clean items but I will never take an important or expensive item of clothing there again, such as my suit. I couldn’t tell if it had actually been cleaned or not, it wasn’t pressed and was completely full of wrinkles. Of course I didn’t notice until I was home (note to self, always check while still there, my bad) and I have a meeting in the morning. So I will either need to wear one of my suits that needs altered or I’ll have to press it myself. And although it is inexpensive, I would rather pay more and have my clothes look good than save a few bucks.

This is the cheapest and best dry cleaner in the Seattle Metro area. I feel like I’ve robbed them every time I walk out of there, having just dropped off a pile of clothes. One of the ways they keep the costs down is by taking cash or check only, saving on the credit card fees. You have to pay up-​front, so be aware, but you won’t mind since you’re getting such a good deal.
I’ve used them several times, and only once did they screw up, an error that they fixed promptly and at no charge to me.
I know people that drive out of their way to drop their clothes here.
