Place is a total dump. The upgraded apartment has new doors on old cabinets, the inside are in terrible condition. When you pull out a drawer the whole thing falls out. The appliances are all scratch and dent ones and they have various issues. When I moved in there were still possessions from the last tenant in the unit! No screens on the windows (they put on a month later and they were all used bent ones), No shelf over the washer (They installed a used dirty one that can’t hold a bottle of detergent), The washer machine was leaking, the counter in the kitchen is old formica that has been painted, The dumpsters next to your front door are not emptied enough and makes the whole place smell. I found mold on the drywall and all they did was paint over it. The maintenance people are a joke and are scary to have in your home. I went to the gym and there was a homeless guy sleeping in there. The girl Heather in the office is rude and doesn’t know how to professionally answer an email. Moving in was a big headache because she didn’t inform me of various things (She told me the night before both names had to be on the renters insurance policy when I sent her a copy of the policy a month before! No apology) If you ask more than 1 question only the first one will be answered. This was a total bait and switch! I can’t wait to move.

VERY restrictive. They decide which LEGAL products you can possess in your own apartment, but you don’t get that option UNTIL THE DAY YOU MOVE IN; then, under duress, because you already have given notice and the truck is loaded, you have to sign an agreement that you cannot have in your apartment, or even your personal vehicle, LEGAL MARIJUANA, yet, neighbors can dump things onto your patio from above, kids unsupervised messing with the things on your patio when you’re not home in addition to constantly leaving trash in and out of the playground area.
The garbage and recycle receptacles are ALWAYS FULL before pick-​up day, as there are not enough for the amount of residents. They also have chosen a hideous color scheme for the recent repainting (to which they gave INADEQUATE NOTICE for the work to be done, and in addition, had some of the work done on a SATURDAY, WHEN MOST PEOPLE ARE OFF FROM WORKING ALL WEEK, and they have to put up with being taped-​in their apartments.
The office staff is VERY uncooperative, and if you press for resolution to problems, they accuse you of «harassing» them. Heather and Vanessa are nice when you move in, but both have MAJOR ATTITUDES once you get here, and are stuck under a lease.
I would avoid this dump at all costs. I already ruined my space heater, as the outlets are loose, and plugs do not fit properly — this one melted, rendering my new heater no longer safe to use. The heating will cost you a large fortune, as it is a combination of baseboard and ancient forced-​air in-​wall units.
The space between upper and lower units is not insulated at all; every morning, I can hear my neighbor upstairs urinating when I’m getting ready for work. The bottom units have a lovely front view of the grills of parked cars, and the windows are FILTHY on the outside — I’ve been here nearly half a year; they were dirty when I moved in, and with the nice weather coming and almost gone, they’ve not been touched, so the front blinds stay shut. Another thing about the lower units; they are partially underground and get pretty much NO sunlight, so are very damp and chilly, making the ancient heating here even more costly.
For the money, go somewhere else. Hopefully, it won’t be full of unsupervised kids and neighbors who know nothing about common courtesy, but everything about EBT and Section 8.

I can forgive alot of things, not allowing us to have anything but chairs on our porch because it was «unsightly» even our bbq and wind chimes… i can forgive them giving us a broken washer that flooded our apartment the first night, the bug infestation the change of not allowing us to pay rent at the office but having to do it online forcing us to get internet or go to a library every month to pay rent, but after moving out and keeping the apartment pretty clean we ended up oweing 575 $ now… not sure for what we did leave a couch and bed frame so im assuming they charged us for mvoing that out to the dump but ive taken dump loads and its not 500 freaking dollars. So arguments aside i just decided to pay it 2 weeks go by i finally get payed and guess who calls me a fucking debt collector. they didnt even give me eough time to get payed !! before they sent it to collections well guess what i payed it my credit is all clear but i am telling all my friends about your shitty horrible customer service i just wanted to have peace in my home im a hard working single person i pay my bills im clean and quite and u fuck me over.

I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and I’m quite happy with my experience. I love my apartment! It’s spacious and comfortable and the renovated model, which is super nice! The staff is very friendly and always very quick to respond to any emails or questions I have. There are cool raffles for paying rent on time and online. We won free movie tickets on our very first payment! There’s also $ 100 off rent raffle, and it’s every month! We’re told they’re going to be getting a community BBQ for around the pool and going to have a pool party (which I’m looking forward to)! Overall I’m very happy here!

Price is OKAY. I witnessed a drive by shooting outside while I was on my balcony one night, cops didn’t even show up! Anyways, management was okay, they had a good deal for new renters when I signed up. My car got broken into and window smashed out one night. Apartment is spacious, but kind of outdated.
