I’ve been here a few times, as it is the closest sandwich shop to my office and just a short drive away. However, each time I come here, I’m shocked at how long it takes. I don’t know why the manager thinks it’s acceptable to schedule 1 person to run the entire store during the lunch rush in the summer, but it is painful to watch them try to run around and do everything with a line of people almost out the door. Today, it took me over 15 minutes to get my sandwich! It’s not that the workers are slow, so much as it’s too much for one person to handle. I will keep returning because it is convenient and the subs are tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in any sort of rush.

The subway up the street refused to make 14 sandwiches because they«would run out of bread for other customers». But Loraine was working alone and was more than willing to make them knowing she would be working hard and have to make more bread.

This subway is not one I will come back to. The people working had the radio up so loud that it was hard to hear. When I told the young woman I could not hear her because of the radio she just said, «oh.» After getting sandwiches she had a hard time ringing us up. The store was dirty and not a place I would go back to.

The worst Subway EVER. I go to Subway all the time. I have never been to this one. Nor will I go back. Walked in at 5:17pm. One customer in front of me ordered 2 pizzas and 2 foot long flatbread sandwiches. Jon never looked up. Never smiled. Never greeted me. Never told me it would be a minute as it took him 10 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas, and 2 sandwiches. Travis during this time changed two garbage cans. As I waited, and waited and waited. I couldn’t help but notice the other 5 patrons in the restaurant sitting at tables, not eating, or drinking, nothing on the tables at all. Just hanging out and occasionally going out for a puff. There was nothing else to do but watch them. A transient hangout. About the time Jon finished this complex sandwich making, I was up. RIGHTTHEN, it was imperative to change out the bread loaves so he set up wrappers for my 3 sandwiches and pizza and then unloaded the over. He wasn’t rude or anything, but he clearly would rather have been anywhere than at Subway making my sandwich. Written all over his face. Travis decided now was a great time to restock the chips, which maybe had 3 or 4 bags missing. One Doritos missing, go to the bag and get the Doritos. Then one bag of baked Lays missing, go back and get one bag of baked Lay. Just pathetic. Finally got my sandwiches and Jon was on a roll. Coming in JUST under 8 minutes to make 26″‘s a footlong and pizza. I paid and couldn’t wait to get out of this absolute dump w/all the bums sitting around and the complete lack of customer service or urgency of the two employees. Where is the manager? He should be fired. Where’s the owner? He should get out of the Subway business. The food was not the best Subway, but good. I like it because it’s very good for the money and healthier than fast food. However, I would’ve rather gotten McDonalds and been home 15 minutes earlier and had a much better experience. I’m never going back to this Subway. Absolutely a 1 on a scale of one to 10 and the worst Subway store I’ve ever been too by A MILE. Just reading all the other comments on here about this particular Subway, I’m just kind of hoping the owner dies and this place burns down… Just really, really terrible, depressing, dump of a store… gross.

No $ 5 footlong deals here. I took an order for the office and had to call back when I found out they all wanted Subway because of the $ 5 deal going on.

**UPDATE– Subway is REQUIRED to have the $ 5 foot long deals. This owner is not following franchise policy and violating his contract. THISSUBWAYDOESNOTHAVE $ 5FOOTLONGS!!!** I go to subway ALL the time and have gone to this one on many occasions on my way to work. My first few experiences were terrible and I thought they would get better. NEVER did and because of today I just had to write this review. Previously when I have gone they put these TINY amounts of veggies on your sandwich basically ripping you off. I asked them to put more on and the girl said I have to charge to extra because our boss will YELL at us and the other girl agreed with her. They went on to tell me how terrible their boss was!!! Other times i’ve gone in its just been slow, barely any veggies and not too friendly. This time just topped it all… I walk in at 12:50pm with 2 people in front of me. Only ONEWORKER… Now isn’t this odd??? A guy behind me asks is shes flying solo, she states that the other girl is in the«potty» he didn’t hear so she had to say it 3 times getting louder and louder. GROSS… I never want to hear that in a place I am getting food. She starts making my sandwich… I start to hear he sniffling… The entire time shes making my sandwich shes holding back her runny nose that needs to be blown and its really disgusting… Finally the other girl comes back and starts to help the people in line thank god she didn’t touch my sandwich cause I already had disgusting thoughts about everything. Anyways I always get all the veggies and what not. I wish I could upload a photo because my sandwish is about ½ an inch tall… It’s so sad. I feel like I get ripped off every time I go to this Subway. I take it togo and get in my car… ITS1:05pm… I was in Subway for 15MINUTES to get 1 sandwich!!! That’s insane. All together now I know that this Subway: — Has a terrible owner and manager who is a rude, penny pincher who yells at his employees and rips them off by not having a public tip jar, not like they aren’t underpaid enough! — Doesn’t know how to staff and only has 2 workers at 12:50pm — RIPSYOUOFF by giving you barely any veggies — Lets their employees come to work sick — and it takes 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich… Now I know that I will revert to getting my sandwich in Kirkland again where they great me with a HUGE smile and pile on the veggies and always are so friendly and have a tip jar and let it get cold on my 30min drive to work. It will still taste better and I will still have a better experience then at this Lynnwood Subway.

Some of the reviews describe this Subway as dirty and«ghetto.» I didn’t experience that, but it may seem that way because it is located inside of an old strip mall. From the looks of it, the strip mall has been around for a while. Anyways, I had a satisfying meal here last week and the employee was friendly. It’s just like any other Subway.

I’m a huge fan of Subway. I walked into this Subway with an easy order of 11 sandwiches with 10 being the same sandwich and one special one. What did these people do? TURNEDMEAWAY! I was totally astonished, they were turning me away for 11 sandwiches. so I went to a Subway down the street on 33rd and they made all my sandwiches in like 10 minutes. 11 footlongs, one salad, 12 cookies and 1 chips and soda later, this owner lost out on a $ 100 order. Terrible service. If I was the owner I’d be pissed and disappointed I hired such terrible lazy workers. I will never go back here.

We had a great experience at this subway. No they don’t offer the special«month» $ 5 foot longs but they do have the everyday $ 5 ones… so no complaints here. There was no one there when we arrived so we walked right up to order. Jesse was our sandwich man. He was friendly and whipped out our orders… coulda swore it was the other super fast sub place… Love the fact they now put spinach on the vegi delite!!! I’m choosing this one over the subway that’s closer to us on 44th in MLT. I rather have good customer service than a couple bucks off a special sandwich!

This place does not participate in «Februany» $ 5 deals. I would drive an extra mile or two and save money eating at a franchise that actually participates.

I am not surprised to see the other bad reviews for this location. I am a Subway fan and am generally happy to have Subway as a lunch option every so often. This is the worst Subway location I have been to. Every time I am in there the employees are unpleasant. Last time I ate there my stomach hurt the rest of the day. This does not happen after eating at any other Subway I have been to. I’ll say again, I am a Subway fan! Will avoid this location from now on. Too bad because it is convenient.

I LOVESUBWAY! This subway is near my work however I would rather drive miles than eat at this subway. I came into this subway last week when it wasn’t very crowded. The employees were extremely unpleasant which is how it normally is when I try to give this Subway another chance. Every time I go there the service is horrible, the food is not fresh, and am always disappointed when I leave kicking myself in the ass for not going to the other Subway. I am not one to complain but I notice that I am usually not the only person standing in line annoyed with the unpleasant service. HORRIBLESERVICE!!!

I’m already not a huge fan of Subway. The food is bland, the bread is eh, and it’s just not a warm and inviting place to get a sandwich. I also got food poisoning once after getting the sweet onion chicken a few years ago… yikes. This Subway, how can I put it nicely, is ghetto. Went for lunch today and was there at 12:05. They only had two choices of bread, white or the one with all the crap on it. WTF. They were out of one type of cheese. They were out of banana peppers. They were out of just about every bottled drink except Vitamin Water. They also were out of soup, as the sign for soup was missing. They were also out of light bulbs. The lights that illuminate the signs were all out except one. They were out of employees. Apparently it was one of the employees first day. I felt bad for the poor girl. You could tell they put her in the worst spot possible for her first day — the condiment position. I’m assuming they were out of cleaning supplies as the tables, floor, and everywhere you could look was dirty. I was in at 12:05. I finally got my sandwich and walked out the door 20 minutes, yes TWENTY minutes later. Sorry, Subway. But you can take this sandwich and shove it.
