Stop CALLING ME! I really wanted to use your services because of Dave Ramsey’s recommendation, and I’m in the middle of healing from a serious accident. Now I get calls almost daily!
I talked to two of your representatives in the last week and told them I still wanted to do it and I needed time. I feel like I’m locked into HELL! Stop calling me. I don’t want or need to talk to you every day. I don’t need your condescending advice. I need you to leave me alone.
Any help you could have given me is WAY overshadowed by the harassment I now feel.

The Timeshare Exist Team had a booth at the RV show and that is how we found them. Boy were we very skeptical at first. We met with them at their office they spent a lot of time with us going over the information, answering all of our questions and explaining the process and the services they provide. We hired them still a little weary but because they have a 100% guarantee or our money back we felt more comfortable. They really came through and got us out of timeshare contract as promised in 9 months. I just got the letter yesterday in the mail that they successfully terminated our contract. The fee was definitely well worth it. Customer service was excellent I got an update from Samantha once a month and she always responded in a timely fashion when I had any concerns during the process. Everything was done over email except the initial meeting to learn about the process and no pressure. My sister was co-​owner and lived in another state they conferenced her in during that first meeting. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to get out of their timeshare.

I tried to contact Timeshare Exit Team several days ago and have yet to hear back from them.
Admittedly, I own my timeshare free and clear, so perhaps I am not their «core» customer. I suppose that for the most part, their business model is getting folks out of time shares who are «under water» and still having to make payments.
However, the simple courtesy of a call back or return email would be appropriate; if only to let me know that they aren’t interested in my business.

I’m free! Free of those maintenance fees for a timeshare I’ve used 3 times in 20 years. They said they could do it, and they did! To me, the fee was worth it, and especially when I learned that the debt would be passed on to my heirs. What a racket those timeshares are. Thank you, Timeshare Exit Team & ReedHein & Associates.

We have owned our timeshare near Disney World for over 10 years and NEVER once used it, nor could even rent it! Couldn’t even give it away to friends, and family as they would still have the airfare, etc. Tried to sell it numerous times, and have spent tons of money on scammers who actually just put it on the internet for huge fees… Was despairing, as those maintenance fees accrue and actually would get passed down to our kids, meanwhile adding penalties, etc. And possible assessments too! Heard about this company on the radio (KTTH) and went in for the interview. Yes, it’s a little expensive, but who cares? Someone would have had to pay it eventually (I even wrote the Pres and CEO of Diamond Resorts after he was on Undercover Boss, begging them to just take it back, with no response) — and we didn’t want to burden our kids with this albatross… It took 3 months, but it is gone, gone, gone, and we are ecstatic!!! We live near Tacoma so that’s the office we used… one appointment, and just some wait time… then the letter in the mail saying we are FREE ! Thank you Timeshare Exit Team!

Because timeshare salespeople are relentless, because the process is worse than the worst auto buying experience you’ve ever had, it’s no wonder that as you visit a time share property and take in a presentation that the chances of purchasing one is very high. Good for them. Probably bad for you. They’ve honed into the proper means of determining what your «needs» are and providing «evidence» that their property can resolve all of your vacation and travel wants, needs and desires. Problem is this purchase is so totally one-​sided, so heavily weighted in favor of the timeshare, that getting out of a contract requires a superhuman effort. It’s hard to believe that we could have actually «invested» like this but we did. And left to linger we’d continue to pour money into it without receiving what we emotionally purchased so long ago. We heard a radio ad for Reid Hein and Associates —
— went on line, paid them a visit, and in spite of the fee we paid — it’s not «cheap» — we feel this was a much better investment than most. The return on investment here was a complete «exit» from our contract with no more annual dues or additional assessments FOREVER. And unlike our contract, which seemed interminable, we felt relieved and ready to spend our vacation dollars more wisely. Best of all we’ll never attend another «presentation» because we truly know that it’s something we don’t need and can get without all of the pain and commitment of a timeshare.

Very satisfied. The got us out of out timeshare in 90 days. No more maintenance
fees for us or our heirs. All done over internet.
Sat through another companies 2 hour sales pitch at a nearby hotel. Pressed you
to sign up on the spot. Couldn’t even take papers home to show wife or
lawyer.

I won’t name the exact timeshare company we were with, let’s just say it always left a ‘Mark’ in our finances. If it wasn’t for ReedHein & Associates we would still be stuck paying the monthly fees… Thank you so much for lifting a weight off our minds and our wallet. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get out of any timeshare!

The cost of getting out of the timeshares we owed was ¹⁄₃ of what we owed, and all up front, with no guarantee of resolution, but a track record wtih the company looks fine. If they can be helpful to you, great. For us, it was cost prohibitive for the extent of our portfolio. We will have to resolve ours in a different way. If you have one or two small timeshares, these folks are for you. If you have a huge property portfolio, be ready with a pocketful of cash. Brandon is really nice, Im sure you will like working with him.

We had three timeshares that we didn’t want anymore. The maintenance fees kept rising and we were slapped with additional assessment fees many times and we weren’t even using the Timeshares! We saw the Timeshare Exit Team at the Puyallup Fair and filled out a lead sheet to be contacted. Brandon was real helpful in getting us out of them! Whenever I had a question or concern, they returned my calls. They aren’t like those other calls you get asking if you want to list your timeshare for money and then you never hear from them again. They actually meet with you in person and provide you with statuses throughout the process! I highly recommend you call them to schedule an appointment if you have a timeshare you don’t want anymore.
