Be sure to read all the fine print they will charge your account any chance they get. And they don’t do refunds they do store credit. Even after your account is closed. I will take my tanning business elsewhere in the future

Whatever you do, review this post before providing your debit card or bank account information. They will relentlessly withdraw funds from your account even MONTHS after canceling your membership. I have had to cancel my card and my bank account due to this company. And the client services they refer you to is right next door to this location and it’s clear that the one girl they’ve appointed to handle customer issues, has been thoroughly trained to refuse any refunds. The owner has yet to return my calls. Other than them being great at taking your $, the beds are ok.

This is a really convenient location, right next to my house! I have always had a great experience. They have the best prices in town and they always keep their salon nice and clean. My favorite bed is room 11 the Ultra I always leave 10 shades darker! I also really like the manager and her staff, they always welcome me with a smile! Great location

BUYER BEWARE!
I initially really liked this place until I cancelled my membership in August 2015. It is now December 2015 and 4 months later they are STILL charging my credit card. Every month I dispute their false charges and am issued a credit by my bank. I have left multiple voicemails to have the manager or owner call me, to once and for all to resolve this nonsense, but they refuse to return my calls. I will once again have to dispute their charges.
Beware, once this company has your credit card number they will run with it and NEVER let go. I am in the process of filing a report with the BBB.
The owners are obviously slimy and greedy and do not honor their own cancellation policies.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The manager is a very nice young lady, who kept the store open nearly an extra 30 minutes for me, on a Friday night. I have always been treated with respect and highly recommend this store above all other salons, Tropical Tan or otherwise. If you haven’t tried it yet, do a red light session, and fall in love with it, like I did.

I love this place. I tan at several different of their locations, but this one is my favorite. The girls are always so nice. The minute I walk in they are ready for me. They don’t try to sell me garbage tanning lotion, they only sell me what I need. I have tanned at other places but Tropical Tan is the best !!

I love the cleanliness of this salon! The employees are amazing and the prices are unbeatable! If you looking to get ready for a vacation or just want some ‘me’ time this is the place to go! They will also match competitors prices :)

I have been coming here for years and they are the best around! They do accept competitors coupons and it keeps me coming back as I don’t want to spend an arm an a leg on tanning. The beds are always clean and the bulbs are changed often to ensure I get the best tan. Open til 9pm

I chose this tanning salon over other salons closer to my house because they have great prices, and a wonderful staff. All of the girls are very friendly, Taylor has always been so nice and knows the products well! They only have one of each higher quality bed but I don’t usually have a problem getting one I like (you can also call ahead to reserve a bed before you get there). The VIP package is 50 a month and that includes any tanning bed, and unlimited spray tans and red light bed! Pretty good deal!!:)

When in need of some sun I hit this place up. They have been in the same location for a long while. I feel the prices are reasonable. The girls are always super cute too.
