Western Carpet Center

Western carpet cleaning does a great job but be cautioned. I got a deall on Groupon for$ 55.00.
I had western carpet cleaning come to clean our carpets and I was told my carpets were to dirty so they wanted to charge us an extra $ 25.00 per room. I asked him isn’t that what I wanted the carpets cleansed.
I’ve had the carpets cleansed in the past and they were in the same condition and I wasn’t charged anything more.
The kicker was he wouldn’t accept a credit or debit card he would only take either cash or check. So I wrote him a check and was going to make it out to Western carpet cleaning. But he wanted me to make it out to him.
He did a good job so I gave him a tip. Then I thought about it, I went to Groupon for a great deal but by the time. Western carpet cleaning finished I had almost paid full price.
Groupon is great and they have no control over some of these companies but they did back me up. Thanks Groupon!

I am very happy with my experience with Western Carpet Center. My husband and I needed to get some carpet replaced in our house and had shopped around a bit, but could not find a match to our existing carpet. Western Carpet Center had the exact brand and style that we were looking for and we were surprised at how reasonably priced the materials and installation were. They came out to our house to confirm the estimate and then came out a couple weeks later to do the installation. The installation crew was friendly and respectful and did a great job installing and cleaning up after themselves. I felt completely comfortable with them and am happy with the job they did, and at such a reasonable price!

I’m a big fan of this store. It’s great to do business with just plain folks and that’s Western Carpet Center’s claim to fame. The showroom is far from fancy, but all that matters is what shows up in your home. They have a great end-​roll section, their installers were quick and didn’t waste time.
What I’ve learned over the years about carpet stores is that you gotta make sure you get what you ordered. You may have paid extra for the plush pad, but unless you’re there when it happens, the plush pad may not make it under your rug… and how would you know the difference. You need to work with someone you trust and that’s a big part of why I’ve purchased carpeting from Western Carpet Center.
