I have used John to for anything and everything related to my home and business computer issues; from cleaning up viruses and installng protection, storage/memory upgrades, and setting up new systems.
I have referred several friends and business colleagues to him and they have all been very satisfied with his work.
He is extremely approachable, explains things thoroughly, and doesnt make you feel stupid for not understanding the workings of a computer system.
When I call, he can usually help me within 24 hours. He comes directly to my home (or business) and works on the issue until it is up and running correctly. His recommendations for repairs, exchanges, or upgrades have always been right on the money.
And speaking of money, his time and knowledge are very reasonably priced. For these reasons he gets 5 stars from me!
