Two stars for showing up consistently and decent price. Lack of three more for poor crew judgment and crew management. Ran mowers through my yard during period of heavy rain with standing water. If I didn’t stop the crew my lawn would have been considerably damaged more than they already did. Called the office and the manager told me that they’re aware how bad it is right now. Really? You’re aware? So you send them to my house anyway? My grass has been next to dying for three weeks and is half brown so they come and get paid to joy ride in my yard. I mean that has to be what they’re doing because my grass hasn’t grown a half inch in weeks. Remembered to stop them one week. Forgot this week and there they are, joy riding. Canceling services in a minute here. Hope they read this and take note.
