I have eaten off this truck quite a few times, always on the corner of Long Beach Blvd. and Greenleaf in Compton. It is called Carnitas Toscano, but I come here for the Chicken Tacos. Nothing bad about the Carnitas, its tasty. The Cabeza is good too. But the Chicken Tacos are the best here. My teenage Son agrees.
Its usually late night when we get out here, I used to do all the towing for ABF Freight down Alondra, and my Son would tag along. Especially if he knew we would be going to Compton and potentially getting tacos from here. The Tripitas isn’t that great, so don’t bother. Parking is jenkey too, especially for a Semi.
We don’t come for the service, or the sodas, or the atmosphere. Strictly for the Chicken Tacos.
