I go to Denny’s a lot but this located by far has been the worst experience. The waiter forgot my drink, didn’t give me utensils and messed up my order twice. I lost my appetite. I didn’t even eat my food. Definitely will not go back to that Denny’s.

Don’t come here! Silver ware was dirty. They don’t honor coupons unless they are«printed» who prints coupons now a days really!!! I asked to speak to the manager her name is VERONICA. She couldn’t help me at all. Didn’t honor my coupon. Come on it was only 20% off my meal. States they don’t have the Barcode scanner. Then input it manually. Ugh was so mad when I left here and I will NEVER go back again. Does anyone know who I can contact to complain to? Thanks in advance

Just left Denny’s, poor management. My brother and I were harassed by a homeless lady inside while seated waiting to get our drinks. I saw a guy in a tie(whom I assume) was the manager but did NOT do anything. One of the waitress tried to get the homeless lady away from us and out of Denny’s and luckily she did. What is really disappointing is the following. (1) Received no apology or acknowledgement by any of the staff members(which is quite disappointing when watching your paying customers harassed inside the restaurant). (2) After my brother and I had finished our food and I went to pay at the cashier, I addressed this issue to the employee in charged of the cashier. She, the cashier, watched us being harassed too by the way. She said«We can’t do much, that’s how they(homeless people) react». I said, no, that’s no excuse and we did not get one apology from anyone(including the manager). I asked her if the manager was present and she said YES. To the reader: How would you feel if as a paying customer, at the table you felt harassed or threaten by an outsider and the manager of the business DIDNOTDOANYTHING? I did not want to post anything but my goodness, something has to be addressed so that it never occurs again.

The service was okay. I went on Sunday afternoon with my friend and so it wasn’t a long line or wait, we sat down quickly. My waitress was friendly, I didn’t get her name but she quickly asked what we wanted to drink. When she came back with the drinks we ordered our food, I ordered a limited time only fantastic four-cheese omelette and my friend had asked for a bacon, egg, avocado burrito(which they don’t have anymore) and our waitress went and asked the cook if they can make it and they said yes. I thought she was doing really well up until when our food came and we didn’t get utensils. I had to ask a different waitress for some and they checked the back and couldn’t find them and she had to ask a different waitress. I got them and I finally ate, my plate was delicious! The herbs that omelette had was what did it for me. I wish it wasn’t limited edition, it has cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, spinach, diced tomato, onion, mushrooms, sun dried tomato and herbs, also served with hash browns and choice your bread(I choose wheat) and I love that the bread is nice and not too toasted with buttered. Overall not a bad restaurant and the staff is very friendly.

Where do I start? Party of five, 20 min wait with two open tables, and the tables stayed open after we were seated…20 min of waiting when we could have been seated immediately. After 10 minutes of sitting at the table, I walked up to the hostess and asked when we would see our server…2 min later our sever arrived. Our food took 20 min to make it to our table. During our lunch, I had to remind the server four times of items she failed to bring or do, this includes missing items from what we ordered, and these were menu items that came with each entrée. They get a one star because at a minimum it was clean. If you are looking for a place to waste a lot of time and you are not hungry… this is the place for you. Otherwise, McDonalds is right across the street for a ¼ of the cost and probably with better Customer Service.

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys eating in a dumpster, then this is the restaurant for you. The first thing I noticed about this place was the filth. Dirty tables everywhere I looked and piss all over the toilet seats. And if that’s not enough to dissuade you, then try the Horrible service. Our waitress was on a personal cell phone call as she was seating us and took 15 min to get us our drinks. Very disrespectful. Then when we finally were able to order, amongst the other unsatisfied customers, they ruined our order. When you ask for medium rare steak, and it comes to you fully well, that’s a big fuck up. Then we get the check, they over charged us for our dinner that we had to correct them on. I sincerely hope the district manager sees this review and corrects his staff. Never had a worse experience at Denny’s until today.

Worst dennys i been to bad service had two ask for our drinks twice, my wifes eggs had some wierd looking booger looking pice of trash, our waighter was high, and this is not a one time thing. I love denneys and will keep going but just not this one… stay away

I got up to go wash my hands before my food got to the table, when I came back my lady kept signaling me that something was to my left side. I looked but couldnt make out what she was referring to. She finally pointed out the ¼ inch roach that was playfully roaming the empty space to my left side. I took a napkin and handled business(one motha-f-ing dead roach) Up to this point I was still willing to come back to this place, I mean who hasn’t seen a roach before right? Well, I just didn’t want to eat here today(because the roach made it feel nasty). I wanted to cancel my order so I called a random waiter over because our waitress was busy. At the sight of this the waitress that was helping me originally, came over(a long time worker there) she’s tended on us in various occasions. She inquired as to why we were leaving and cancelling the order, we responded that I got grossed out(because i do get grossed out easily when it comes to my food and things that should not be around it OR in it), because I had just gotten rid of a roach that had walked up on the table just moments ago. I wasn’t rude or scalding I wasnt a jerk by any means in fact I was NOT trying to make a scene, I was being super low! key… she responded with a Bad attitude and making it seem like I had brought this roach from home,” they fumemigate here at nights all the time, there shouldn’t be any roaches there… but you know… we don’t know if you brought it, most of the time people bring them from home…” she put me on blast then walked away. No apologies for the critter, we didn’t want to ask for anything nor were we looking for a free meal, we had been long time customers of this place… but not anymore. I myself work customer service, I take pride in making a customer feel welcomed or content, I know this was not the way to handle this situation. I was treated poorly and I’m never coming back! Enjoy the roaches and bad service! Peace!

I come here, because it’s the closest to me, but they lack in their customer service. Waiter comes and checks on you once, maybe twice if you wave him down. Their service is slow and the floors are messy. Did I mention that with all the technology you can download coupons to your phone?! Except you can’t use them because they only accept printed coupons. I gave them 2 stars because I am a return customer. Like I said, it’s the closest to me, but they seriously need to step it up a bit. One last things, YOUCANNEVERFINDPARKING.

They need better service. Or at least people who know what’s going on. Went for breakfast, got seated and waited so long that we had to get up and tell them that no one has taken our order yet. If we didn’t get up and ask them to take our order they would have never even noticed us. And then they were standing on tables taking down decorations, can’t they wait till night time to do that?

I’ve been here countless times service is whatever, I go for the convenience of how close it is but the last time I tried to eat here upon walking in the manager ignored us. He was in the front seating people, we were the only ones waiting and it was like a Wednesday night or something. After that I walked out. If the manager can’t even acknowledge us, a simple hello will not kill you, I can take my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

The waiter was polite and didn’t look miserable like waiters from other restaurants. I only paid $ 2 for a biscuit with egg/sausage/gravy. And the apple pie à la mode was just perfect! In an economy where minimum wage is going up and possibly everything. It’s nice to see such an inexpensive menu. That’s why Denny’s will always be number #1. Good job guys! This place sucks. My gf wanted breakfast & we chose something coming from Long Beach & decided to get Denny’s. My gf was mad at me the night before, so I tried to treat her to breakfast. We came here & she found a piece of Hair in her food. So disgusting, I felt embarrassed because I’m the one trying to please her & I have to also deal with this. I believe they gave me a discount & new plate, I didn’t care for it, I was real angry & disappointed. So Save your money, don’t eat here! You’ve been warned!

I had a long time without coming to this Denny’s because of their horrible customer service, but today was different. We went for breakfast like at 8:20ish this morning and our waiter was always checking up on us to see if we wanted more refills. He brought our food fast and our drinks. This is the first time I received great customer service from this particular Denny’s. I usually go to the one in South Gate since they always have great customer service. I will be coming to this Denny’s more often. The waiter was fast and always going around to see if people were doing fine. I forgot to asked for his name, but he was young maybe in his mid or late 20’s. I wish this Denny’s had more people like him working there.
