Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I had to get my wrist watch repaired here. The person at the counter was professional and the fix was done in 15 mins. Turned out that all I needed was a simple battery replacement. They are not cheap but they get the work done.

If insulting the intelligence of your customers could earn you stars, this would be a 5 star establishment.
I would not recommend doing business with Fast Fix if you expect customer service. I cannot vouch for their technical expertise or quality of work, but do not expect them to stand behind their work if there is an issue.
My experience was:
I attempted to have my iPhone power button repaired here. This repair is relatively straight forward if you are comfortable with electronics, but requires parts, time and some specific tools. For me, asking someone who has performed numerous repairs on iPhones makes sense from a cost, quality and time perspective.
What I received instead was an insult to my intelligence. «Maybe you finger too big and you don’t press button.»
I will not do business with them when they take this type of approach. This experience likely illustrates how they will address customer experience issues or faults in workmanship. There are many other service providers in the area, go elsewhere.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
To make a long story short, my boyfriend is a smoker so I bought him an (overpriced) Zippo lighter from this place as a quick gift. He’s no stranger to using them.
The first time he strikes it, the flame basically engulfs his left hand, severely burning 2 of his fingers. This was after using it ONE TIME.
I called ahead to say I’d be returning it. Not only did they not offer an apology, they REFUSED to refund me, or even give me a product exchange! Since we put lighter fluid in it, they can’t resell it, so the guy just said tough luck.
It’s not about the $ 20, its about the ridiculousness of it. I immediately reported this worthless company to the better business bureau. We shall see what happens. DON’T BUY HERE.
