Q pesimo serbisio estado en diferentes locaciones pero como esta ninguna el personal no tiene serbisio compre un juego y estaba roto lo fui a cambiar y la persona q me atendió con un carácter no se los recomiendo

1 person handling the counter just spent I kid you not. 20 minutes on one customer there are now over 11 people in line with me. I saw a few people leave the line.

I usually stop by any gamestop location if I’m up for a new game, I only have two preferred gamestop locations and I must admit this is one of them, the staff is very friendly and it’s hardly ever full unless it’s a midnight release but they get the job done

This GameStop is right next to the Baskin Robbins I love going too so I always like coming in here to look around. My boyfriend wanted to come in today & we were the only customers in there! Two cashiers behind the counters though. It’s funny how you can see how the times have changed — hardly anyone goes to buy a hard copy of a video game anymore. But anyways, I’ve never had a complaint when it came to this GameStop — always nice people.

This has got to be the worst Gamestop in the area. If you live in Lynwood and need to go to a Gamestop go to the one on Atlantic or somewhere else. DONOT here.(Long Beach Blvd. & Norton) The customer service here is awful. The store manager’s name is veronica and she has the worst attitude. The first time she attempted to help me I needed to return an item. She tell’s me «Take your return to another store next time because when you return something my store loses money for that day». I said ok but I was thinking wtf? Anyhow I just figured maby she was having a bad day. So my next visit to this particular Gamestop came about a month later. Guess who’s there when i arrive? Veronica. So I tell her I need to make an exchange. She says ok and goes to the back to see if she has what I need. She doesn’t. Which is not a surprise because there inventory is minimal. So since she can’t exchange the item she tells me take it to another store and they will possibly do the exchange. So i’m supposed to take time and gas and go hunting for… Lol No thank’s So i tell her«well since you do not have the item to exchange can you give me a refund?» She then looks at me like the Grinch and say’s «I don’t have enough money in my register for a return you have to go somewhere else.» So I did. Also the staff didn’t really know much about the games when I asked them to recommend something. Trust me just go elsewhere if you can.
