no. just say no to this company. horrible customer service on initial contact, service technician(if you can call him that) was late — we’re talking 2 hours after the latest time in the window i was scheduled for(scheduled between 8 – 12, tech got there at 2). you know what — this was a long day and i just don’t even want to go into it. just know that they are not professional, poor time management/scheduling. poor communication. poor service — i almost felt like the tech was hoping that the part he replaced would be the fix. horrible!

I had a problem with a dryer in which the drum was not turning. Darryl mad a service call prepared to replace the belt. However, when he inspected the dryer, he determined the motor was bad. He returned the next day and installed the new motor. Dependable and reasonable cost.

Haier contracted this company to repair a dryer that had stopped working. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem which required a part to be ordered. It’s one month later, they never returned with the part, haven’t followed up with me, they’re not answering their phone because they see my number, nor have they returned any of my calls and my dryer still isn’t working. ONEMONTHLATER. They do not have a land line phone as their voicemail greeting is Sprint. When they’ve answered the phone in the past, they were very unprofessional and and sounded a little rough necks, but I didn’t think anything of it because they are service men. Ask Haier to refer you to another service team in the area. They did it for me.

My stand-alone AC unit, which was still under warranty by Haier, stopped working. Haier contacted Grace and told me I should here from them in 24 – 48 hours to set up an appointment. I didn’t hear from them for over a week so I called Haier back. They looked in their notes and told me that they had contacted Grace already to get an update and had not heard back. They tried again while I was on hold and still did not get a response. Thankfully they could refer me to another repair company.
