Came to Jiffy Lube today to do an oil change and Alicia and Robert didn’t very good job. Great customer service they even vacuumed the car and clean the windows which they never do that in any other location we have gone to!!(:

Went in for an oil change Saturday morning drove home. An hour later went to pickup a friend that’s when I noticed oil under my truck there was a leak at the oil plug those morons left it loose luckily I notice it And was able to tighten it before the plug fell off and lost all oil that would have ruined my engine. Please make sure and look under your car for leaks before you drive off. These lazy ass kids that work here are to busy talking and enjoying themselves to do the job right! Will never come back here again!

Do not EVER go to this Jiffy Lube!!! Went in for a basic oil change and was treated very poorly by the young lady working at this location. Resulted in asking to have speak to her manager because she said something completely out of line to me. Honestly, the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Take your business elsewhere guys this is not a professional establishment. Getting an oil change should not be this difficult…

$ 90 for oil change??? They never told me that would be that much, they used to give a pre-​service order with the price that you will pay, that never happened yesterday, I even mentioned that I always get the manager’s special, what they said? The manager is not here right now we can not give you that special, sorry. When I asked how much would it cost the guy that was speaking so fast that it was so hard to understand just told me that would be around $ 49, he never mentioned more that $ 90 dollars. Thieves, and dishonest! I am never taking my car here again.
The windows were never clean, the interior of the car was dirty. What a horrible service!

This place is great.
Day and night compared to the one in Downey.
Great customer service, honest employees who are eager to help.
They fixed the problem that the guys in downey caused with my transmission quickly and correctly and were so much more professional.
Never go to downey, drive the extra mile because there guys always go the extra mile!!!

When a business posts a coupon online, they need to honour them in-​location. Their banners here give you one price, and their pricing gives you another.
I came in for an oil change, seeking their advertised prices and with an added coupon for more savings. When I found out they were not going to honour the coupon, I was going to pull out, and find a way to change the oil myself. When I told the sales rep he had informed me that my car’s oil had already been drained, leaving me without a chance to pull out and leave. I had to overpay for a service that was advertised online, and in print for much less. at least because of this place, I’ll learn how to do one more thing on my own. Never coming to this place again

Never really do reviews just because I feel like it takes to much of my time but I just had to leave one this time. Customer service is the BEST !!! Extremely helpful and kind as well. I was satisfied with my service, not only did they do an amazing job in doing my oil change they also went out of there way to add water to what needed water, cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car, ect. I will most definitely return for all my car service here at Jiffy Lube on Tweety.

The staff was friendly and got me out in a timely manner. They didn’t pressure me to purchase extra items which is what I have encountered at other shops. They gave me recommendations of what my car needed but never made me feel like I had to buy it. Great customer service.

This is my first time here, and am submitting this as i wait for my vehicle to be ready. The employees are kind and very helpful. And though, I dont know much of the process, didnt make me feel ignorant, which is always quite nice. The attendant gave me auggestions of what was recommended, but ultimately let me make my own decision as to what i wanted to do, and didnt shun or look at me any different based on my decisions or pushed to change my mind. Ive never wanted to take my car for this process because I was nervous of the process and about jot onowing much about cars, but honestly, I wouldnt mind bringing my car here again.

I don’t take car of my care as much as I should but when it comes to getting my oil changed I don’t go anywhere else but jiffy lube even though I stay in downtown I come all the way to the one in Lynnwood 9901 because of the friendliness and service no lie I have a midas nearby my place but the service is horrible I decided to take my business else where I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now and even under new management they seem to be heading in the right direction thank you idk if the service people hear it a lot as often as they should but am going to keep coming here and definitely recommending it to my friends and family I gave it 5 out 5 bcs the location deserves it keep up the good work from me and my Avalon…

These guys are amazing! They helped me out in my time of need!
This isn’t my usual neighborhood. I was near by and I didn’t see that I had ran over some glass. I came out of my appointment (near by) and see that my tire was FLAT! I don’t know the neighborhood so well but luckily see the jiffy lube on the corner. I walked over, told the guys about my situation and they offered to help. They changed it to the spare at no fee! God knows, I needed the help. This pregnant lady, can’t be changing spares right now! (As if I even knew how) thanks to William, the manager, I can go home safely!
They offered to help and they went over and beyond! Thank you so much to the guys at Jiffy Lube!

Came here for the first time today and let me you guys the service here was GREAT they take care of you very quickly and the ambiance is welcoming the manager William was very helpful! Filled me in with all the details concerning my car besides what I had originally gone for which was the oil change :) will definitely be back! once again EXCELLENT costumer service!

I have to say that I was very surprised to find that I was satisfied with their service this time around. I had stopped coming here because it was never the oil change, it was always all these other services they ‘recommended’…yes I know I could say no, but how could someone say no when they tell you,’ it’s up to you, we’re not responsible if your car or engine messes up’ I always felt harassed into getting their recommended services. I had a last minute drive to AZ, and needed an oil change so I decided to go. Wait time was not bad, service was great and it seems like they changed their whole strategy in selling extra services. Wow, are they under new management or were they juSt getting so many complaints by customers? I don’t know what it is but I was very happy with their customer service this time around.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAT AWAY!
1)This place sucks the manager tells me I have no power steering fluid and that I need a flush. which is impossible because I had just checked so me and the manager walk over there and it is full.
2)So I decide to do my own oil change and when I go to remove the oil filter to my surprise it was leaking oil, the oil filter was never tighten correctly ur suppose to use pliers to unscrew it and I was able to do I it easily with my hand.
3)they forgot to put the air filter back in
4) they over filled my transmission fluid
Stay away from this place it’s nothing but teenagers who don’t care working there

INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, $ 90 dollars for an oil change, Terrible service, They might charge you to top off coolant for only a few ounces of liquid for $ 10
jiffy lub 9901 State St, Lynwood, CA 90 262 they’ve had a number of complaints, and many former workers have come forward to admit the company’s faults. you should not be taking your car here.

Went in for a oil change last week
had to wait almost two hours to be done
when i got my trucl back the windows hadnt
been cleaned and my vehicle had not been
vacumed and there were grease smudges all over when it was time to pay they did not honor my online coupon…
Ive been going to this location for a while and this was the worst experience.
I hope they fix what was wrong that day!
NOT ONLY WAS I PROMISED A FREE SERVICE WHICH I NEVER GOT A REOLY BACK I COME TO FIND OUT THEY STRIPPED MY OIL PLUG! That just tops it off never going back

Quick fast service. They always want to do more than what you originally came in for. Example, you’re here for an oil change, they say your car needs transmission drain/​fill, air filter service, fuel system service, engine flush, etc. Anything to squeeze another dollar out of you. But that’s their job. Can’t be mad at them for that. Just be cautious. If you’re having doubts take it elsewhere for a 2nd look and opinion and what your car truly needs. We all know JL needs business. That’s why they do that.
PS. They don’t have the diagnostic machine to check for codes regarding your check engine light. Either they’re lying to not help since you refused any additional services offered or they really don’t have the machine. Come on JL get It together.
