Great when you’re a new customer. We came back again, not as great. 3rd time (giving the benefit of the doubt) they were horrible. Price drastically increase, even though we was quoted cheaper already. She was rude as she would not take responsibility for giving us a different shade of floor from original hardwood. Lastly, insulted our less than 8 months old carpet in our newly born baby’s room by saying, «the shading is different because its dirty.» Wtf?!! That’s not way to treat a return customer. Especially when the room hardly gets traffic and when it does, there’s no shoes allowed. Seriously. what kind of sh*t was that…

Called ahead to get a quote for carpet for my bedroom.
Walked in and scheduled installation a few days later.
Ana showed me what they had available and gave me a great deal.
The installer arrived early and was done in about an hour. Looks amazing!

Great selection and service! They were very helpful in helping me select the wood that I liked. I compared several companies and by far this company was the best for my dollar. This place has some of the lowest prices on carpet I have seen! I shopped around for weeks before stumbling upon this place. it’s a small family operation, but if you are looking for some nice carpet & want a deal go here. We got 2 massive rooms (approx 19×22) carpeted for about $ 600 in Sept. That is with padding & installation! Home depot wanted to charge us over $ 1,300!
