Quick And Easy Auto Sales

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Bought/​financed a car here less than a year ago and it needs a brand new engine already. When I called the dealership, he was more concerned with selling me parts for cheap than to fix the car. Ramses is a small minded business owner. Doesn’t try to help out his customers long term, no warranty, etc. Definitely admit I made a mistake coming here

Don’t make the trek down here if you actually expect to test drive (or purchase) a car. My husband was interested in a car here. We called beforehand to make sure the car was there and headed down only to discover that they would not even let him test drive the car because they were short handed (on a Sunday of a shopping Holiday weekend). I saw 2 employees there; not sure why one could not hold down the fort while the other went on said test drive.
When I brought this to the apparent Manager’s attention, pointing out that this is a car lot and I thought the goal here was selling cars, which includes test driving before purchasing, he didn’t seem to see an issue with an interested customer walking off of his lot. Perhaps that was because he was far too busy staring at his cell phone screen (because that’s what an already irritated potential customer really wants, is to be pretty much ignored). I’m amazed that they are in business as it seems actually selling cars takes ZERO priority here. Learn from our fail and take your business elsewhere, where it is appreciated.
