I called to place an order and the person on the phone was hesitant to take my order, so hesitant that I had to just say never mind. How rude!!!

The employees here look miserable they don’t even smile I felt scared to ask them for a chopped salad because it actually takes work to make one so when I asked the gentlemen for one he rolled his eyes. None of the three employees smiled. They didn’t even say«welcome to subway» like they used to which I don’t care about but atleast smile a little c’mon now it’s called customer service people!!!

Contrary to what every one else is saying about this Subway, my experience showed me that the employees here only respond with the way they are treated. The majority of the customers treat them with no respect and the employees still try to accommodate to them. The reviews here are probably those disrespectful customers. I’ve never had unfriendly service here. The employees are really nice people if you’re nice to them. The only reason this place may come off as rude is because the employees try to defend themselves and not let the customers look down on them. They’re quite pleasant actually. Very humorous and make the wait seem shorter. Keep it up!

I hardly ever go out of my way to write a review. But today, the experience i had at subway was horrible. Ruby M. My cashier was rude, disrespectful and shouldn’t be interacting with customers. She made me walk next door to panda express to get change for a $ 100 bill because they didn’t have any. After 20 minutes waiting in line at panda and buying 1 item just to get change, i went back to subway and asked Ruby for at least a cookie for the inconvenience. He responds was«I wish i could, but i cant. Bring exact change next time» Never going to this GHETTO subway again!

It’s 10:30 pm with two associates doing nothing and it’s dirty as fuck in here. I couldn’t even find anywhere to sit. Gross. Ps. They’re listening to corridos on their cell phone.

I really didn’t want to be one of those people writing bad reviews because I myself have gotten in trouble for a bad review at my job, but this was just a must. So my boyfriend and I decide to go to this subway since the one near my house usually closes earlier. Anyways we park the car and as we’re parking we see all the chairs on the tables. I thought«well maybe they’re already closed.» We walk up to the door and we see people inside ordering so we open the door and we walk in. I look all around and see that every single chair is up and there is nowhere to sit. We wonder«where are we suppose to eat?» So we continue to get in line and one of the female employees looks at me very rudely as if she didn’t want us there. I felt really uncomfortable. And then I turn towards the restroom and I see the door wide open. That I thought was really gross. So I turn to look at my boyfriend and I tell him to take me to another subway. We came all the way to long beach to go to the one that’s open 24 hrs where we know we always get great service no matter what. So at the end I decided to never go to that subway again. And I recommend that the establishment gets it together because they’re losing out of a customer who use to love that subway.

Well, all subways are the same. I go to subway becuase there are not any Togos by my house. This subway in particular has a friendly staff and fast service. And to be honest… Subway is like the Mcdonalds of sandwich making…

Your run of the mill subway, there are some cool employees and some that are just there to make your lunch. I work close by so I go about once/twice a week(why i barely started checking-in is besides me). I can honestly say that I’ve never had bad service or an issue with bad attitude. there are a couple employees that really stand out, cool people. I do wish they’d bring the cilantro back…
