Superior Cycle

First I would like to say I don’t much about motorcycles. So when i bought a 1984 Kawasaki Ninja 900 GPZ that was in several pieces. Water pump X no good, X carburetor no good and tank no good. Not to mention the missing plastics and signals. I think i was a bit naïve to what other conditions may arise with such an old bike. Fortunately, the Owner and his wife at Superior Cycle were straightforward and honest about what it would take to get her running. They were very patient when i had to find some parts on the internet that were hard to come by. I visited the shop several time to see the progress and Bill took the time to show me what he had done. I feel like they have charged me very well. Not only that they have treated me like family. They are a beautiful couple that enjoy what they do. Today my bike is finally going back on the streets. Hello! I don’t like talking bad about business but I had a really bad experience. I toke my quad y o get fix. They toke a long time fixing it they always hade in the back and to me they never touch it. In till i started going one’s a week to check on it. I paid it all they charge me $ 500 and then the man wish is the owner always more for different things wish i think it was a lie… Well anyways i just wanted my quad to be ready. One day i went to check on it the owner said it was ready so i got all exited and happy in till He gave it to me with no seat telling me that i gave it to him like that. OMG I wanted to kick that old man ass. BECAUSE he was not saying the true i THINK he sold it… He stole my seat and he was saying o we’ll.. THIS PLACE IS A bull shit when it get time to fix quad… I WILL NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO GO THERE… JUST IMAGE YOU TAKE YOUR QUAD TO GET FIX AND THEY RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO SEAT.
NO STAR FOR THIS BUSINESS. …

Very very bad place to take your motorcycle! Worst shop ever! guy sounds like he knows what he’s doing but doesn’t know anything about bike. he doesn’t even work on them he has a mechanic that’s still in school! I took them my bike for something so simple and after 2 months they gave me back a non working bike and refused to fix it the man acts like and ashole little kid it… WORST SHOP IN LOS ANGELES!
