My experience with T-​mobile has always been good until this one time that I was in the store and the customer service was terrible. This review is specially in one employee named Karen. She was giving my sister attitude and my sister only wanted to upgrade. We talked to the manager (who was a woman) and she was giving us attitude as well. As soon as I go home, all of our phones have internet data except my sister’s. My sister left early and Karen my sister needed to come back later to fix it. It was not necessary to waste our time coming back to the store and getting this problem «fixed.» For sure I won’t be coming back to this store no matter how close it is to my house.

Before I explain why I give this store a 2 star rating, let me say that what ever you come into this store to do, make sure the associate helping REPEATS what you are requesting BEFORE executing any contract, upgrade, or payment, etc.
The customer service we nice/​friendly, but lacked knowledge. Came in to upgrade my phone which turned out to be the upgrade from hell. I just wanted to upgrade my iphone and trade the existing one I had. I told the associate (s) helping me that I wanted to put a down payment on iphone I wanted to upgrade to make my monthly payments on it smaller. Instead, THEY executed my contact without taking my down payment. Pretty much they electronically signed the upgrade contract as if I signed it, which I’m sure is wrong. Anyway, I didn’t want to pay the monthly payment of $ 27.50 a month so they tell me when the upgraded phone gets shipped to me bring it back to them and they will take care of the mistake, so I did. Turns out they couldn’t fix and I had to return it, so I did the very same day it was shipped to me
NOW, 2 weeks later the phone still showed on my account, so when my bill was due I paid almost $ 30 extra. 2 trips to the store and 4 phone calls to customer service I ended paying the monthly charge on the phone I returned because it wasn’t taken off my account and paid additional money because some crap the warehouse that ships out the phone didn’t do … pretty much it screwed up my account and I’m having to pay extra money, such an inconvenience. And all the extra money I’m paying this month. just gets credited to my account, so Tmobile ends up keeping the money anyway.
Just please make sure that person helping you knows what they are doing, if you think they don’t know kindly ask to have a manger for someone more experienced help you. Everything they told me was wrong and they tell you with confidence telling me that they just tell you what they have to to get you in and out fast … that’s not good customer service.

Bad service. Long wait need more employees unfriendly people work here. Help customers that will buy phones first. Don’t care about the problems that others have. Avoid.

David helped me out. I thought it will take a while for me to be called, cause they have a list for people who came in. But pretty much service was fast. Keep it up! This is my new tmobile store from now on.

Ashmed help us and he was great he explained everything on detail and was really helpful… he even helped us to get a promo and we ended up paying less… I hive him 5 stars for that

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Stood in line for 15 minutes no one greeted me. Then was told the opposite of what was true. Trying to charge me 600 for a new phone and telling me I had no insurance on my phone when I was still being charged for it. Ended up going to a different store where I was greeted, helped and was able to get a new phone. I should’ve known better than to believe this girl who couldn’t even tell me what half of 180 was. Will never return!!! Horrible customer service!

They are great they have excellent service. They answer all your questions and they do everything to find a solution for you I would be coming back to this place again.

I showed up at this place last night at 7:10 and they had their doors locked, the sign outside said open from 10a. m to 8 p.m. there were a few customers inside so we waited at door after a minute the short overweight security guard finally came to open the door, we told him we were just buying a sim card and he said we are closed comeback tomorrow at 10am.
