Have been waiting 2 hours to get into a storage unit. Been given the run around by staff who didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Posted this as I wait…

Rented an auto transporter. Staff was very friendly, we had some shopping to do in the area and they suggest for us to leave the trailer with the car there so we wouldn’t have trouble looking fir parking. They took good care of us. Loved the service Pepe is the best. Great experience.
