I’ve had zero customer service from Allied Fence. We put in for a quote with Home Depot and this is who they use to install fences. It took awhile to get the guy out to do a quote and I called the same day to go ahead with repairs. I’ve had to call every time to find out why they have yet to contact me. I was told my number was «lost» at some point and they were not in my area of town when they thought they would be. They finally showed up and took my 50% down payment and it’s now two weeks past and we still have yet to get a call to schedule! We are at a month from when I first contacted them and the only thing we have is 50% less cash! I spoke with the «Manager» and I was pretty much given the run-​a-​round of it’s because of weather, they were busy, etc. Still no excuse not to contact a customer and explain what is going on. I was told I could fax the cancelation form to the office for a refund. Great customer service, huh? Not! I have a call into Home Depot to see what they plan on doing for us. I will go to Lowes if necessary.
