Manager has a horrible attitude. Her employees were much more pleasant than her. I understand fast food businesses are stressful, but responsibilities as a «fast food server» is customer service. Again I say, the lady manager was unpleasant, but all of the employees were wonderful. Won’t come back after that attitude however. Food is ok.

Ok, so you know how you have at least one ghetto fast food spot in your neighborhood? This is definitely one of them. UGH where do I start? One late nite by beau and I opted to BK. As soon as we approached the drive-thru, there was a man outside looking distraught. We asked what happened, well I asked and I noticed that it was the manager — his tag gave it away lol anyway he said that they were closed. I asked why — it was only around 9 or 10. He stated that they had just been robbed. OoooohhKaaaaay. Lets get outta here. Skert! We pulled out and went to Wendy’s for some fries and a drink. On my next most annoying trip to this BK we pulled up to the drive-thru and was asked to wait to order. We waited and waited and waited and waited. By the time we noticed that we had been sitting there too long we called out to the attendant again and was asked to wait. We noticed that we had been idle for at least 10 minutes. Are you friggin kidding me??? My bf yelled«Are you guys giving out gas with these burgers???» She sounded like she wanted to respond rudely but only asked us to wait again. We weren’t falling for THAT one again! The times that we have ordered here the food was cold anyway. You want some ice cream? They’re out of ice cream. You want a milkshake? They’re out of ice cream. You want to try the new doughnut holes [or whatever they’re called] it doesn’t matter, they’re out of them. This is the most unreliable fast-food joint ever. Avoid this BK at all costs.

Customer service here is good but quality control is terrible. Don’t feel bad about holding up the line in the drive thru and check your bag before leaving. I have been shorted here several times. Also, this is the ONLY fast food place with a veggie burger but yet they over cook it EVERY time. It’s not supposed to be crunchy! Even my Croissanwich was burned this morning. This location needs to get it together.
