Manager name Shilla Baily, horrible service, rude, i don’t understand how she became a manager. i bought gift card. in a minute i see only 1 point. i talk to her why like this? her answer is, gift card don’t have point system. i suggest they should put some notice or something so customers can understand. she show me small notice which was hidden by gift cards all the way in bottom. even she was not able to find for a minute. i ask to take it back. i have recipe. her excuse we can’t take it back once we sell any gift card. now there is nothing notice like that on it. why? coz it was her own rule. this is 2nd time happen with me. she is racist. They suck, plain and simple. I called up there to check if my mothers meds were expired. After many rings a lady answers and right off the bat is very short with me. I ask about the meds, she says they are NOT expired. I ask another question in which case she puts me on hold… for 10 mins. It was 7pm… I hang up and drive there. I thought they’d be busy which would explain the long hold, nope. Two of them are huddled around a laptop laughing and pointing. The other lady is by the window. I ask about my moms meds and then she tells me they are expired. And quickly goes back to pretending to look busy !!! I explain that a woman just told me they weren’t expired. The two ladies there look at me and the woman by the window says, «well, ma’am I don’t know who you spoke with.» There were only two women there?! very rude, slow, and not helpful.
