Every time I go something goes wrong. They are out of something, it’s a 10 minute wait for COLD fries, I get the wrong drink and no napkins and straw. I ALWAYS ask for no ice in my drink yet I always get ice. I get stuck waiting in the drive thru for fries that are cold when I get them. I order the cod sandwich and they wait till after I order, pay and pull forward to tell me they are out. I’m officially done giving this location chances.

Never go to this Wendy’s late night. I’ve experienced the worst customer service there beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. They have very rude & very slow teenagers that work at night with no supervision. I went there 3 times late night & it’s always the same thing. We waited in the drive they line trying to place an order for 10 minutes & there was only one car in front of us. The young girl was yelling thru the speaker that she couldn’t hear me as her & her co-workers were laughing hysterically. When I drove around to the window there was a car of teenage boys that the Wendy’s employees flirted with for another 10 minutes while we waited behind them. I finally got tired & called the store asking for the manager but the girls answered the phone & started laughing again saying she was the manager. When we finally got our food, the order was wrong & the food was cold. The young ladies did not apologize & had major attitude. The next morning I called customer service & left my complaint. The store manger called me back & apologize for the disaster & vowed he would handle it. But he didn’t. When my husband & I went back late night maybe 3 weeks later, same exact crew, same exact results. Rude attitudes, very playful with each other, long wait & cold food.

I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars because there is a African American male manager here that runs a tight ship. When he works I know it! The drive thru is fast, inside ordering is fast, and my order is always right! 4 out 5 stars because when they do screw your order up I’ve never had any problems with the manager on duty or the staff in getting the correct items. Most of the people who work here are rough around the edges and could have so much potential if they realized just because it’s «wendys» good customer service and a good attitude will get you so much further. Some people who buy food from here are hiring managers or own their own businesses and would probably hire some of these people that display they have a strong work ethic if their attitudes matched their work. I’m getting 4 out of 5 stars because I’ve never gotten sick and they have a good score

Great customer service, food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. This is the best Wendy’s in the area. The one by South Cobb Drive closed last December. This restaurant has plenty of parking and its next to I-285. Highly recommended.

I went thru drive thru yesterday around 9pm. I was the inly car in drive thru and didnt see any cars in the parking lit. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers. The woman took my money very quickly– then I waited 7 minutes while the 3 employees joked and talked visibly through the drive thru window. 7 minutes is too long for a drive thru visit. I should have gone to the McDonalds a few minutes away.

Ever since Chick-fil-a made its entrance into the fast food world it’s been hard to hold a candle to em – especially when it comes to customer service. That’s where this Wendy’s really falls short. Whether you’re at the window or the counter you somehow feel as if you’re an inconvenience. Like it’s a burden for them to serve you. Orders at the drive thru are more often than not incorrect or incomplete. With rising commodity costs hurting Wendy’s bottom line and the value menu shrinking as a result it might be a better idea to cross the street to McDonald’s.

So, most of us have been to a Wendys, no biggie! Since some of the menu items have changed over the last year or so, I decided to do my review. I am not a huge Wendys fan and still prefer my gourmet burger joints to these, but recently Wendy’s added these new Dave’s burgers. Well, I tried one and it wasn’t bad but I didn’t feel it was worth $ 4 and I also didn’t feel it was much improved over their usual burgers, maybe a tad bit larger with the same usual toppings. Nothing to brag about though and I probably won’t try another one. The Asiago cheese chicken/bacon sandwich was tastier. What I do like is these new sweet potato fries(but they’ve already removed them from the menu :-(. I really like the new salads and moreso the new dressings:-). I do not like the new natural fries, taste bland even with the sea-salt. I enjoy their dollar menu items, like the spicy nuggets and of course the price when your ends are low. I am giving them the 4th star for those sweet potato fries(bring em back soon, ok)…and for the salads. A for effort in trying new things to keep the menu from becoming too boring. Usually the food is fresh too and the service fast!
