Twisted Rail Brewing – Macedon

Stopped in with some friends on a whim and was impressed with their tack driver ipa. Heard some good feedback on the cider they serve as well as the eclipse wine. Must be new, as I thought a different tenant was in this building some time ago. Staff was friendly. Thumbs up!

My wife and I decided to stop in on our way home from a movie. It was Saturday night and fairly busy. Fortunately. there wes space at the bar. The employee came right over and my wife and I each bought a tasting flight. We visit breweries when we can and have been to numerous breweries in New York. This is one of the very few breweries that I can honestly say that I liked every one of their samples. My wife and I shared so we actually doubled the samples to try and we both liked them all. It was around 7:30pm and thought we would order food as they had a menu of intetesting items. The employee said the kitchen closed at 7:00 but the cook was still there and he would check to see if he could make us something. He came back and said «sure, he will make you whatever you want». Needless to say, we plan to be back there frequently.
