For the last 6 years I have been going into this T Mobile at least once a year(to get a new SIM card). I have to admit, I have always been completely satisfied with my service. However, this time I walked out feeling a bit unsatisfied unfortunately. I felt as if the sales person was not straight forward. In addition, when I walked in there were 2 sales guys. One was chatting with a friend, the other helping a customer. However, there was another customer waiting to be helped, plus me. The guys talked another 5 minutes(roughly) to his friend before finally helping the real customers. When I was finally helped, I was looking for a plan that fit me best. The salesman immediately recommended something and it sounded ok so I went with it. However, there were 2 aspects of the transaction that didn’t ‘sit well’ with me:(1) I had an unlocked iPhone 5 and he insisted that because it didn’t come from T mobile my Internet service would barely work. On one side it is great to warn customers ahead of time, but on the other, I have brought my own phone for the past 4 years and the Internet has always worked well. What has T Mobile changed and its disappointing to think they would do something like that.(2) I never saw one brochure or anything listing all my options of plans. I’m assuming I got the best recommendation, but next time I 100% want presented all my options and then I will make my own choice. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but when I compare it to the service and my satisfaction from previous visits, it will my worst. I will for sure go there again though and hope that my next visit is more like my previous ones.
