This place has nasty, filthy employees to go with the nasty, filthy, smelly store. I don’t shop here for a reason. I had written to corp. about how bad the store is. The manager called one time (while I was working so I couldn’t answer the phone) and left a nasty v/​m. Stating she would like to discuss my complaints about her store. Ok. Every time I tried to call back, no manager was available. How convenient. That’s fine Trash-​Mart.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart. Stood in line for 5 mins and then had a cashier close the line and make me go to another cashier because she was done with her shift. Super disappointed with workers and their attitudes..

Pretty much the standard Walmart Supercenter experience. I usually choose this one over the other location nearest my home (Steelyards) because it’s slightly more orderly and slightly less crowded.

Northfield, OH
Fraud! I purchased an item on
for in store pickup and waited for an email saying my item was ready for pickup. Two days later, I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Customer service is nothing but an answering service. I was told I can reorder, but it will cost $ 50 more.

Overall: It’s great to have a Supercenter in the area and prices are low, but service and selection is limited at best.
Selection: 2 stars. I like how it is a Supercenter, but they are frequently out of stock of food.
Service: 2 stars. The lines can be very long and they don’t seem to have urgency to open new lines. Finding a worker in the aisles is very hard to find, compared to Target in which they are relatively plentiful.
Prices: 5 stars. Very low prices, especially for food.
Appearance: 4 stars. It’s relatively clean and bright (for a Walmart).

I only come here because I have to. I like that’s it’s not so crowded (at least not at the times when I go). I asked for help in the produce and meat aisle and both workers found what I wanted. The baby food could use a wider selection. I find more at the walmart located in Bainbridge. The cashier was extremely rude. Her name was Stephanie and she seemed pissed at life in general. If you don’t like your job get another one or go to school. It’s that simple. That’s what I did. I didn’t even do anything to her to for her to be so rude. Oh well, her attitude seems to be the trend in most customer service workers nowadays.

This was one of the first Walmarts in the area. It has upgraded to Supercenter status. It is still a bit small, and looks old compared to other sites. That being said, relatively well stocked, clean. Helpful checkout people. Good location
