Stopped in while visiting the area with family for weekend and had a Falafel Wrap, it was sooo delish! Very cute little shop and café and must stop while in the area, great surprise!
My dad had a sandwich also but ate it too quick before I could get a picture! (I guess it was so good!!!)

I loved this little spot! I got a chicken wrap and a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie.
Both items were made fresh and were tasty.
Definitely stop by when you’re in the area.

Yes it is a hidden oasis in the middle of the drive to the bay bridge all of our food was great. Had the veggie chili and falafel wrap. Tea was great. They had doggy treats. Local art. Kids activities book to entertain them while waiting.
The bathroom was a bit on the tight side.

Excellent alternative to fast food. Had the chicken salad panini and it was very good. Wouldn’t have stopped if it wasn’t for Unilocal reviewers. Normally pass it each time we travel through town. Very cool stuff to look at during the short wait for your food.

Very sweet, small business right off of 13. They’re personable, quick to serve, and the quality surpasses that of all around for miles. The cost is very cheap for what you’re getting. Everything is hand crafted, and they have organic foods to boot. This is the place to go if you’re driving through.

A gem! Must stop in the gastro wasteland of SE Virginia. They have smoothies, craft beer, good coffee and lunch samdwiches. Lots of local small business things to buy to include local art. Prices are good too. Prompt and attentive service.

Clean, super fresh menu options including lots of vegetarian friendly tastiness. Inexpensive, especially considering the quality. Also functions as a small market with some craft beer and locally crafted food and goods, including a crab salsa that I didn’t try but intrigued me.

Great service. Awesome sandwich/​salad/​soup/​ice cream selection. The salads are so fresh, and they don’t skimp on the vegetables. The caprese sandwich was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread. Finally an awesome stop off of US 13! They’ll have our service forever! Also, I recommend the chocolate chip cookies or brownies they have freshly baked.

We stopped here while driving through virginia. Wonderful locally grown food on delicious sandwiches. An adorable family owned shop. We felt as though our mom was in the kitchen making us lunch. A true hidden gem. If you find yourself in the area, it is quite a cute little joint to grab a quick sandwich or smoothie and eat in the small, well-​kept eating area. Not very expensive. You also might walk out with some locally painted art or delicious local wine. Interesting, fun, local, and yummy. Recommend the pimento cheese sandwich.
