A P Nails

Been coming here for over a year! I’ve had acrylic nails and shellac polish done and I’ve loved them all! They have amazing nail art and the prices are great. Really recommend coming here!

Let me start by saying, DO NOT GO HERE. Went in to get a sull set of acrylic, it was a nightmare. Everything from the quality, to the customer service, was terrible.
I had red nail polish on prior to arriving. The nail tech took off the polish and paid no attention to detail, leaving red polish underneath as he laid the acrylic. The acrylic would not harden & the nail tech assured me it would, it never did.
I was asked to pay before he polished and was told it would be $ 30. Unhappy & unsatisfied, I paid & tipped. trusting that the acrylic would dry. I waited for 20 minutes under the lamp… the acrylic was goopy and still not dry.
PLOT CHANGE! I was unsatisfied and spoke up. I politely explained why I was unhappy and asked the nail tech to remove the nails completely. I even told him that I would be more than happy to still give him the tip portion of my payment.
He got very angry with me and told me that it would take 30 minutes to soak my hands in the solution. He left out that while I wait out the 30 minutes, I would have to endure piercing looks and banter. He came back to check on me and told me that I am not supposed to come to the salon with nail polish already on, and that many customers love his work.
Lastly, I was originally going to be charged $ 30 not including the tip. I was refunded for $ 25.
This place was a nightmare, & the definition of unprofessional.

Went to this nail place bc my usual place was an hour wait. Got a shellac mani and it was horrible. The guy rushed through it, not even soaking my nails for the mani part, and slapping on the shellac, which resulted in horrible looking cuticles and 2 days later the shellac pealing off. I could almost understand if they were busy but there was only 1 other client in the place, now I know why. I also must agree with Ashley’s review on the guys hygiene, it was revolting.

Literally the worst shellac manicure I have ever had in my entire life. The salon was gross inside, which was surprising since it’s a newer shopping center. They did not have the air on and it was about 80 degrees outside, probably close to 90 in there.
The man who did my nails was disgusting, old dirty clothes, greasy hair and smelled like he hadn’t showered in a while. I asked for rounded nails which he didn’t do, I asked for them to be corrected and he filed them down to almost nothing. He messed up my polish and had to redo it 3 times. Still looked like crap. And he didn’t even know how to cut cuticles. I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t even licensed.
And as a bonus touch, the son (who is probably 17) did my top coat and had a bracelet on that said «Fu*k you». NICE!
So mad and irritated I even paid the money to get my nails done.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Stay away! They are filthy, and the staff does not speak English well enough to understand what you want. I watched them put person after person in the pedicure station without so much as wiping the tub down. It is disgusting!
