Our furnace recently went out, and we had 2 companies come out. Accu-Temp being the second. The first basically told us we need a new furnace and would need to spend close to $ 5k. We then talked to David at Accu-Temp, who could not make it out that night, but explained how we could get it working temporarily. We were able to keep the house somewhat warm. The next day one of his technicians, Jeremy came out, and replaced the igniter and walked me through everything. Total cost $ 239! Needless to say for my home and rentals, Accu-Temp will be getting all my future business and also recommendations to my friends.

I wish that I could write a decent review, but I never got past the «on-call» lady who answers after hours. I called to ask a few questions about some concerns we were having and the woman cut me short saying rudely «is this an emergency? Because the office is closed and unless this is an emergency I can’t help you.» I apologized, saying I wasn’t aware they weren’t open on this specific day and that it certainly wasn’t an emergency and I could call back the following day. She then said a sassy «uh-huh» and hung up the phone on me. Nice. I found another facility who treated me with a little more dignity.
